Sehr gut! We had an amazing day with the help of the this place. After 4 student friends bought a second hand bikes, one of our bike's wheels exploded on the way. We came here as the closest cyclist because we were too far to go back. It was not in my student friend's plan to get a new brand new wheel. He was going to come back but the Romanian gentleman understood the situation and exchanged the wheel for a free used wheel. Greetings from Romania, thank you very much for your kindness

Today I bought a second-hand bicycle from another seller. On the way, the tire suddenly burst. Since we were far away from where I bought it, we went to the nearest bike shop. Romanian bike mechanic told that the tire needed to be changed. I didn't want to pay for it because I'm a student. He replaced my tire with a used wheel for free. Thanks to him, I was able to continue having fun with my friends and return home on my bike. Thank you very much 😇

I came to their bicycle store last week and bought a few accessories for the bike.
I was able to get advice on locks, water bottles and bells in english, prices were very reasonable (comparable to bigger stores) and I paid with card.
Overall, very satisfied with service!

I've never experienced such a good customer service in a bike shop. Very patient, funny, competent and gave me a great deal on a brand new bike and accessories.

I went to two bike stores in the area and to look for an affordable low budget bike in the 400-500 eur range, they both recommended to me this store. I found a really good Gary Fisher mountain bike and I am very happy with it, it's in excellent condition. Alex and Stefan in the back are really professional guys and I look forward to doing business with them again!

Awesome bike shop! They've helped me wonderfully through the years and I was there again today to get my brakes fixed and was very pleased with the service. Alex was very helpful, not only to tune up my brakes and replace the brake pads, but to do a quick tune up of the whole bike! He gave me some helpful tips and pointers and showed a true passion for bicycles.

Best of all, I never got the feeling that they were trying to sell me something I didn't need and the prices are very reasonable. It's good to know I have a bike shop that I can trust!

Just amazing! On our bike tour, I broke a spoke. We arrived at 4:30pm at the shop yesterday, Alex (?) unmounted my wheel and repaired it within half an hour. Then he told me it was for free. Thank you so much!

Great Place. They have a main store at the front will a great range of New bikes bikes (that I'd love to own especially their new single gear ones) but I'm doing a working holiday so can't afford them. They have a large workshop out the back with loads, and loads of secondhand bikes. I bought my bike there (an old second hand Raleigh Mountain Bike) and I bought a couple of accessories so they gave me a discount on all my accessories. The second time I went there I had broken (my fault) a small part of my bike light. They searched for an old part and fitted it for me for one euro because I had bought so much there (yes only 1 euro). The last time I went there I needed to fix a small part of my back wheel. They fitted a second hand part at a great rate. Overall Great customer service and Very Honest. Duncan.

I have had both my snowboard and my bicycle repaired here, both were excellently done! The metal edge on the snowboard was rusting and dinged in a few spots and it looked brand new after. For my bike, Alex the Chief mechanic (who speaks perfect english, along with a couple others in the shop) was able to tune it up in under 10 minutes, and it runs perfectly. This is an extremely honest shop! Something I thought needed to be fixed actually didn't, and they were clear in telling me so. I will only be going here for my future sports needs. I am beyond happy with the service I've received at this shop! Go here, you won't regret it.

Great place! I lived in Munich for a few months and needed a bike. Was able to sell the bike back to them when my time was up for a reasonable price. The first month I had the bike, the pedals broke so I brought it back to the shop. Not only was the repair free under warranty, they also gave me a loaner bike to use while mine was getting fixed. Would recommend.

Outstanding second hand shop. Bought a nice bike there, got a one year warranty. After a couple of months of daily commute to work on the bike, the frame showed an unforeseeable, critical (production?) flaw. Went to second hand sports, reported the issue. They apologized for that unusual flaw and immediately gave me a very good temporary replacement bike to keep me going and said they would see what they can do with my bike. Some days later, we came to the agreement that my original bike was unrepairable, and they offered that I could keep the great replacement bike, which I did. I'm very pleased with how things went, will come here again!

Stopped by this place on my the start of my first ever long bike tour last year (2014) with my bike coming out of a badly beaten box from the airline. The guys who worked there were very friendly and helpful, and make a few minor adjustments to the bike for free. It was a great way to start off my tour, and a great show of German hospitality. I would suggest this place for anyone with bike related queries. They are honest, professional, and helpful.

Very happy about the fact that I can go back for adjustments for free during the first month, which is very useful especially for second hand bikes.
