I want to confirm what most are saying about URBAN. I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Should be easy, but my being outside of the EU made everything more complicated. How people replied to me and also how I would pay (amazing how many florists won't accept PayPal or a EUR to EUR bank transfer) was not encouraging. URBAN was different. Genuinely excellent. Was so easy to communicate and to pay. My girlfriend wouldn't receive flowers until quite late, so URBAN made sure they were stored well in a bucket with ample water by her door. I really appreciated this detail. I highly recommend them!

From abroad I was looking for a flower shop in Munich to surprise someone. Not so easy when you can't see the plants for yourself. Lucas & Peter gave me excellent advice.
