Very modern and large washing centre. With a wonderfully sweet manager who is so helpful with how to use the machines and spoke English. Plenty of baskets and a clean area.

I have experienced only good things at this store which is managed by a very friendly lady who provides outstanding service and professionalism. The turnaround time is extremely fast also and I would definitely recommend a visit to this conveniently-located store for any traveller like myself wishing to have their laundry done in a clean and well-managed setting. Both do-it-yourself and drop-off laundry services are available. A big thank you to the awesome lady at this outlet who has made my vacation a very enjoyable one as I know my laundry is in good hands! Danke schön!

Convenient location next to the main station. Efficient machines - between 20 and 40 minutes for a wash. Drying cycles are 10 minutes. Detergent and fabric softener available from the dispenser. No need for tokens or change - just select the unit number and pay at the machine. The machine gives change if you’ve paid more than required.

The attendant spoke English which was helpful for us. And she was very sweet. Very reasonable prices. We only packed a carry on and we’re nervous about doing laundry in a foreign county. Absolutely no problems. Tons of space and plenty of washers and driers. Just know you’ll need at least 30min wash and 30-40min dry times. Roughly €25 total for 2 loads.

The lady who helped us was so kind and friendly. Clean and large laundromat. There were vending machines with hot and cold drinks and plenty of small shops nearby to visit while you wait. Easy wash and dry instructions, caters for large and small loads, at different temperatures. Accepts card/EFTPOS. Great service, very happy to have popped in. Thank you!

The supervising lady was really cool. Like helpful in all process, explaining if something looks confusing and yes, sweet and polite. The washing machines are fast but does the job quite well. The overall process of operation is quite simple. And the location is probably one of the best hotspots. They also have a cafe machine in case needed.

We were visiting Munich from Australia and used the laundry mat here.
Incredibly clean, easy to use. Coins will be needed for use, however notes will give correct change back if you don't have coins.

Owner is onsite during business hours mon-sat. She is REALLY lovely and offered us a hand with questions and guidance but it wasn't that complicated to be honest.

There is washing detergent and also softer available for purchase.

Machines are only 3 years old so super fast and industrial making time fast. We did two loads in under 45mins (using the washer and dryer)

Nice place for quick laundry if visiting Munich. Coin operated need only to wash and dry in about 50 mins. the man at counter very helpful eventhough i couldn't speak German. teach me how to use machine for payment

We left clothing to clean while sightseeing. Everything was cleaned, folded and bagged in a few hours. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Just a short walk from the main train station so it is easy to get to from anywhere in central Munich.

A-class service! The lady running City Dry Cleaning was exceptionally friendly, acommodating and helpful. Does her work with so much passion and gusto. The washing was relatively cheap (5€ a load; dryer was 1.50€ for 10 minutes). Washer and dryer took about 50 minutes in total. Payment can be made in cash only, in coins and notes up to 20€ (cannot pay with 50€ and above). No cards accepted. The place was exceptionally clean and all machines were in excellent condition.

Fantastic self serve laundry. Coins or card, coffee and cash machine on site. €4-50 for a load. Most organised and clean laundry we have ever used!

The nice lady in charge on the day I was here (Saturday) was AWESOME: she was so helpful to me and everyone there. I bought her a coffee and she gave me a Milky Way bar! This is the coffee she likes, if you want to make her day. (Milky Way in return not guaranteed.)

Wash with detergent and softener included was 5.5 euros and the machine takes 30 min. The dryer is 1.5 euro for 10 min. The facility was very clean.

First time here and it was open at 6 am. The place was very clean and orderly. The machines easy to operate. There was a soap and fabric conditioner dispenser but only on powder detergent. There is also a coffee vending machine. The washers did a good job as well as the driers. Would come back here again in a future visit to munchen

Great wash center around the Munich central station. The lady who is working there was extremely friendly. Very helpful, accommodating, eager to help. I highly recommend it.

This was a super find, a minutes walk from our hotel and we got our laundry washed and dried within an hour at a fraction of the cost the hotel would have charged us! Couldnt be happier! The gentleman present was very helpful too!

Very clean place, machines are clean and modern and the whole place feels hygienic. Convenient location, 2 mins from train station and underground. But best of all the lovely lady at the counter, she’s super helpful, very kind and polite it’s an ease for tourists to use this place. They also do provide express washing service and also washing and ironing but you might need to ask at the location as I just used the washer and dryer. Very reasonably priced €8 for wash and dry with detergent and softener.

All the good things are true! Clean, good location, EXTREMELY helpful proprietress! If your travel wardrobe is getting a bit musty, take a break and do your wash here.

We needed some washing and drying done urgently. The lovely lady at the centre today 13 sep 23 was very helpful. There was a stain on one of the T shirts that needed attention too. We came back to collect 3 hours later and the clean clothes were ready for pick up. Thanks again.
