ASTOR Film Lounge im ARRI

This was one of the best cinema experiences I've ever had. Oppenheimer in 70mm, the only kino in München to screen in this format. The sound is amazing, the screen is BIG, the movie theater has some crazy lights and the seats are comfortable. Aside they offer a Welcome Drink. I think it was well worth the price. Definitely will come back!

To be honest, that was my best experience of watching a movie in a cinema. This cinema is incredibly great! Amazing atmosphere, spacious, and very comfortable seats (with adjustable back).
The staff and service are very friendly and helpful.

The most incredible cinema, with service to seats, motorized chairs and IMAX 70mm capabilities.
Got free drinks on the house and the popcorn also hit the spot. And it wasn't even the premier!

Love this place m. Special people go to special cinema. Not the ordinary snacks are launched here but other great things. Service is friendly and there is also a place to leave your jacket.

Love the bar yuh can even rent for own events we did with #goodvibes in Munich and it was amazing. Snacks are ok and drinks but the place to rent is great see and check it out

Both an amazing movie going experience and amazing customer service. Justine was able to inform me of the theater's plan for showing Oppenheimer in 70mm due to my limited opportunities to go, and assisted me in arranging for a ticket once I learned what my options were. It was an incredible help in a stressful time.

And the theater experience is just stellar. Wait staff, cocktails, reclining seats, and honestly very reasonable prices for it all. Will go back again when given the chance!

Top-notch cinema experience!

The theater space is clean & comfortable, the screen is made for grand-scale viewing experiences, and the audio wraps you in sound to match. As some other reviewers have noted or shown, the walls have a multicolored lighting setup which gives the place a unique atmosphere before and after the movie. It's a nice touch.

Service is friendly and prompt. Although I didn't order any snacks myself this time, many others did and staff was great about bringing those to the people who ordered them while we waited for the movie to start.

This was my first visit (came to see Oppenheimer in 70mm format; it was splendid) and I hope to see many more great movies here in the future.

The only cinema I visit in Munich - my number one and only choice. Great options when it comes to OV movies. Love the lounge sofas and the service.

Comfortable seats and lovely sound quality

Currently the only cinema in Munich to have a 70 mm theater.
Another specialty is that you can order snacks from your seat, which will also be brought to you.
Only downside is that they don't serve nachos.

VERY cool movie theatre! Welcome drinks and food and drink service throughout the screening, while relaxing in the amazing reclining and very spacious seats!

Absolutly loved the whole experience. you can leave your jacket at the Gaderobe and you even get treated by a welcome drink :O
the seats were very comfortable and you had an extra area between the arm rests to leave your drinks or snacks.
All and all I don't think I'll ever go to a different cinema from now on. :)

What an amazing cinema! Definitely the best in Munich. Way better than huge crowded chains. It has its unique charm, the staff is very friendly and seats so comfortable!

My favourite cinema in Munich. Amazing sound quality and lighting. The most comfortable chairs ever. Lounge chairs and couple chairs available. Prosecco as a free drink before every movie. Order a cocktail or longdrink from the bar straight to your seat. 5/5 stars

Amazing movie theatre equipped with very friendly staff, extremely spacious screens, also the recliners sofa seats were too comfy. I would recommend this movie theatre anytime 👌
