Adventure Bavaria

We had a wonderful time taking the schnitzel class with Anna and Tyler. It was the absolute highlight of our trip. We had the honor of being the first class in their newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is perfect set up for the class. We all enjoyed the process of making the meal, we learned some new (to us) techniques that we will taking home with us, and the food itself turned out wonderfully. Our only regret was that we did not play to spend the night in one of their guest houses. Everyone agreed that the cooking class was the top moment of the trip. Anna and Tyler are certainly invited to make some Cajun food with us if they make down to south Louisiana.

We did the Wiener Schnitzel class with Anna (and Tyler!) and it was the absolute highlight of our Germany trip!! They graciously welcomed us to their beautiful home and we worked in the spacious, well-appointed and highly organized kitchen. Anna shared her Oma's recipes and wisdom, and truly made us feel like family. The meal was incredibly delicious and so much fun to create. This is an experience we will remember the rest of our lives. And we'll use the recipes!! So grateful for such talented people.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful little village. Hosts were very welcoming and nice. Place was super clean and I slept like a baby. The guesthouse was very cool especially if you appreciate German heritage.

Stunning scenery with traditional architecture. The food is the best and so is the hospital. Do not pass this up

My girlfriend and I stayed here with a few friends. We went on a great bike ride, a few hikes and swam at the lake nearby. The area, the house and the host are all top notch! Tyler and Anna offer everything first class! Make sure to use the sauna, grab a beer and enjoy the view for sunset! It’s epic! Thank you Tyler and Anna!!

Adventure Bavaria is top notch! I can't recommend it enough. I have slept at the Adventure Bavaria farm house and also contracted to do the Cultural Stammtisch. I work for an international travel company and our guests have loved meeting Anna, learning about the local beer and cultural traditions, and hearing more about the region we are visiting. The house, cultural offerings and family are a true local gem.

We stayed in this house in August this year with our family and friends for a week. Their house is in perfect loacation for many outdoor activites (biking, hiking, swimming). Waking distance from cute town with caffes and restaurants. The place is easy to acces via higway, yet its quiet and cozy. We are already planing our winter vacation there again. Anna and Tyler are fantastic hosts, and they are always thinking how to make your stay more enjoyable.

We scheduled a hike and beer tasting with Adventure Bavaria and both events were fantastic! The hike was well planned and offered stunning views of the Alps. We learned a lot about Bavarian and German culture and would highly recommend seeing if they are available for your trip. Next time I'm in Bavaria I definitely want to come back for a schnitzel lesson!

I've stayed in the Adventure Bavaria's house a lot this summer and enjoyed every moment of it!
The house feels like a typical Bavarian house but with nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Super cosy "Stube" where there is a beautiful big dinner table and a typical Bavarian "Kachelofen". Super nice to be able to light a fire and snuggle up with a hot cup of cocoa there!

Talk about a beautiful trip back in time.. this wonderful relic of a home has been modernized to meet your every comfort while still holding true to Bavarian mountain charm. With the Stube warmed up from the Kachelofen, you will surely feel at ease while staying at Adventure Bavaria's home, and surely will learn a thing or three about life as a Bavarian. Wonderful hikes and bike rides right from the door step, incredibly easy to arrive via train (5.5 hours from Berlin Hbf to doorstep 😁), and the entire Bavarian and Tiroler Alpen to play in at your footsteps. Just watch your head while walking throughout the doorways-- I guess Bavaria made their folk a bit shorter in centuries past!

Such a cozy house with lots of space, a private sauna and a halfpipe in the backyard. Amazing and super knowledgeable hosts/guides and beautiful surroundings where you can hike, bike and ski.

Excellent pretzel making with host Anna and baker Tim. Beautiful house and surrounding area. Highly recommended for a true Bavarian experience

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbar, herzlichen, verantwortungsvollen und lieben Gastgebern! Kann nichts negatives sagen. Weder zur Unterkunft, die im Übrigen mega stilvoll eingerichtet ist, noch zu den Gastgebern. Waren mit 11 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vom 22.07. - 24.07.2023 in der Unterkunft und haben zusätzlich das Apartment gemietet und werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen! ❤

Een prachtige loft in een fantastische omgeving met super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Schoon, ruim, prachtig uitzicht en met de slaapkamers ver van elkaar. Ik kom hier zeker terug om meer tijd in de bergen te besteden en van de gastvrijheid en alle mogelijkheden die het gasthuis aanbied te genieten!

Super gemütliches Haus mit vielen Zimmern und toller Einrichtung, das alles hat was man im Urlaub braucht. Tyler und Anna sind super nette Gastgeber und geben einem immer die besten Tipps. Auf jeden Fall ein toller Ort um als Gruppe auch mit Kindern Zeit zu verbringen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Adventure Bavaria Guesthouse jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Super schönes, historisches (500 Jahre altes), mit viel Liebe renoviertes Haus! Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit im Adventure Bavaria house, sehr gemütliche Stube mit Kachelofen, Outdoor Sauna, tolle Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gut durchdacht, und einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren im September dort und haben direkt vom Haus tolle Radtouren und Wandertouren gemacht, und direkt neben dem Haus gibt's nen kleinen Hügel/Ruine für Morning Meditation /Yoga mit toller Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge 😊 Anna und Tyler sind sehr besondere Gastgeber und ich kann Adventure Bavaria zu 100 % empfehlen und plane auch schon meinen nächsten Besuch - vielleicht noch in der Skisaison ❄

Yo dieses Gasthaus ist einfach richtig toll. Mit der Unterkunft hat man alles...tolle Kueche, ganz, ganz gemuetliche Stube zum Essen oder halt Chillen. Und die Lage ist ja perfekt. Die Bergen sind ueberall und jede Aktivitaet ist schnell zu verfuegung. Und dazu sind die Besitzer mege freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann nur empfehlen!

Super schönes Haus das sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Mit ner super Lage und den besten "Hüttenwirten" die es gibt! Guade vibes! Jederzeit wieder!!!!
