Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying

My husband and I spent 3 days here in the first week of October 2023 and cannot say enough about how PERFECT and AMAZING this place is! Everything was top notch. I stumbled upon this place in my research of places to stay in/near Munich since we had never been to Germany before and we are so grateful to have been led to this beautiful spot, a little off the beaten path! The customer service, the cleanliness, the food, the comfort of our room, the size of our room, the cost, EVERYTHING felt like we were right at home and we already cannot WAIT to come back! I can't wait to bring more of our family back with us to visit. Our room was right across from the sauna/workout room and this place was so clean and the bed was huge! My husband is 6'3, 270lbs and I'm 5'8, 160lbs and the bed was nice and big, and comfortable for both of us! I was concerned about our size bc a lot of the beds in Germany we were told, are usually twin size but we were fortunate to find a King size that was delightful at this wonderful place! I'm a bit overboard when it comes to cleanliness and this place was spotless! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, we were seriously sad the day we had to leave and head to Stuttgart bc we just loved this place so much. The food is also unbelievably amazing! THANK YOU for your gorgeous place, we will be back!

Very nice family run business, catering for high end and the typical rustic Bavarian food. We had dinner and breakfast and were allowed to with our Bulli at their back car park. We will be back

We had a fantastic stay at the Brauereigasthof. The quiet town was a perfect basecamp for our visit to the area. The room was comfortable with lots of space and easy for a family to settle into. Across the street, the Bräustüberl was the perfect spot for a meal, fantastic bier and catching up with friends from the area. The Bräustüberl had two playground areas for the children that were fantastic. After the kids were asleep, we snuck down for a nightcap in the Biergarten, which really topped off our stay!

The next morning, we were able to get a nice jog in through farm fields and forest with very little traffic. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options and was probably one of the better breakfast options we have had in Bavaria! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I can not wait to come back.

A truly luxurious German resort experience! Beautiful rural/country setting, amazing brewery down the street, a high quality Braustuberl next door, a church in the village, and a masterpiece of a hotel with quality materials, comfortable rooms, a great restaurant, and a beautiful outdoor area on the back side. The entire property is lovely, with old barns and the original brewery tucked into a village with private homes. Worth the drive/train ride and worth every penny staying here. Breakfast was outrageously good. You can even take Ayinger bottled beers to-go!

We loved our stay over Christmas. The rooms are beautiful, as was Aying in general. We were not sure how accessible Aying would be, but easy access to and from Munich was no worries. One particular lady who worked the breakfast shift was amazing - we loved having a chat each morning... Wish I could remember her name! Highly recommend.

Here is a review for the kitchen. It is occupied by very passionate professionals, who set perfection as an aim and take on a challenge with a laugh. A restaurant in the middle of a field is so popular - it's a challenge to get a table there. However, once you do - it is a revelation. Each recipe is a craftsmanship. Each dish is a result of a diligent hard work. Done by master Chefs, Michelin level chefs, people that cooked for kings, presidents and sheikhs.

The restaurant is a part a big village, that belongs to a duke. It has own beer brewery, with unique beers. each to own taste, deserving its Bavarian origin. You can have a wedding, a corporate lunch rent a hut for a small party, sit in a garden with giant trees, rent a whole garden with a pool, rent a whole huge banquet house or get a table in the hotel decorated with taste and style.

If you plan on visiting Munich, we highly recommend staying at this charming wonderful hotel. The location is great, the people are even better and it truly feels like an oasis just a step away from Munich. A hidden little gem that we will come back and visit often.

Upscale restaurant with traditional Bavarian dishes and a creative touch. Price is ok and service was immaculate. We will go there again. 40€ per person for drinks, appetizer and main dish.

If you look for a real piece of Bavaria, this is the place to go. Excellent team, top hotel standard, a very good restaurant and authentic Bräustüberl. Never disappointed.

Beautiful hotel in a cute country setting with a brewery down the street. Breakfast was delicious with bread, cheese, meat, veggies, eggs, pastries, any coffee drink you want, and beer all included with the stay. There was also beer in the rooms, and the staff will bring you a cold bottle at any time. The hotel isn't cheap but I felt it was worth the price.

Excelent private brewery. Traditional Bayern food and ambience. Great beer! Quiet but well connected location.

Beautiful and welcoming guest house in rural Bavaria just south of Munich. The rooms are ideal, and the beer and food selections are extraordinary. Definitely worth a visit for any lover of great German beer.

Great place to enjoy Bavarian hospitality. Cosy rooms, straightforward service, relaxing surroundings and of course, access to experience Ayinger beers at the zenith. Also one of the best breakfast ever. Pets also welcome ;)

A beautiful Hotel and Restaurant with very good food. We had our wonderful wedding here and would recommend it everybody!

In case there is a need to travel in the area this is a good choice to stay. Decent room, OK gym, nice staff and served breakfast.

Great food. Laid back atmosphere and wonderful for celebrations. The team is very proficient and flexible, they will arrange everything to your liking
