We had such a good experience that we went back again during our short stay. It's such a great find and in my opinion the best food we had in Munich. Excellent service and great selection of drinks and farm to table food.

A very nice Bavarian restaurant in the heart of Munich. We went on a Friday so it was quite busy, but the staff did an amazing job. The service was very fast and the food and beer were delicious. It's not cheap, but the portions are large so you will not leave hungry. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Munich.

Great hall with friendly service and a nice twist on some classics.
A bit more expensive than the usual place but well worth it.
Went in on a Saturday night and managed without a reservation, which is unheard of in the area.

Great food and beer, service was excelent. The prices are really higher than most bavarian restaurants but again, they serve very well executed dishes so if money is not really a problem it may pay off.

Friendly and professional waitress served me good food and a good Helles. The food was extraordinarily tasty.

I was angry when they served me a tiny pint.
The kind of pint you'd get a lot of trouble serving in the uk.

Yes the BEER IN munich is exceptionally good, but this is THE ONE.
the food looked amazing but we were already full from the xmas markets.
Better beer than Hoffbrau/Augustiner but a more restautant vibe.

Nice Place, but I prefer HB. The meat is good but could be better. As a comment for the owner, the waiters can attend much better.

Real good, solid Bavarian food, impeccable service and good atmosphere. Only downside is the pricing - €6,10 for a half litre of beer is expensive, then again you always pay for the location, too, so I understand. Recommended! 💯

Your typical German restaurant. Great traditional food, good value with options for the children in terms of menu and portion sizes. Very central too. Service was great, with good choices for beer. Setup immaculate.

Love this place. Always friendly efficient staff and delicious entrees. Although their menu changed recently and I noticed higher prices and less variety. Still an excellent spot in the heart of München.

Very nice bavarian restraunt with various kind of beers.
Clerks were also friendly.

We are on the patio, and it was fairly busy. Our waiter was very attentive and tried his best to accommodate our lack of language skills. We ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers, both of which were excellent

Nice place with great atmosphere but very expensive compared to other breweries! Worth a visit but you will pay more! Beer is tasty and food very good

Fabulous Bavarian cuisine with great quality meats, good variety of beers, and awesome atmosphere. They were able to organise a table for us during their busy dinner service even though we didn't book in advance and had a baby with us. Wonderful, efficient and very friendly staff. Totally recommended!!

Perfect outdoor space. Kind waiters (non-germans of course) From my point of view no food 😀😀😀 but I see some germans really enjoy eating some animal parts. If you are food racist like me 😀it may not be your place but still visit for one or two beer 🍺

Great place for beer and a snack, food is ok, I’ve had better nearby, but the location is incredible and the beer is excellent.

Amazing food and beer. I had the pork knuckle and beef stew. No complaints.

The service is great too despite being busy. I haven’t had a great service in the nearby restaurants so this caught me by surprise.

The waiter was able to speak good English and handed us an English menu.
