Great pieces & service - the owner was really nice and helpful. They just work with top designers and most of the pieces are in perfect condition, so it’s rather pricey, as one would expect. Nonetheless, it’s a treat - I am definitely coming back!!!

I entered this place 2 times, the first she was rude and i didn’t want to deal with her so i just left (but she was happy by me going). The second time she seemed more normal, i asked about the bag i wanted (that i wanted from the first time) and my first question was about the authenticity proof ofc and then about the size and the fact that the bag is new (it had the plastics on), maybe she was annoyed by that. She said a double price than it’s usually on resale (the bag is no special leather or something, so i knew what is the maximum she can ask) to get rid of us obviously. I asked her to confirm that i understood good and by this time she was done, it became akward and left the store. While we were inside, she locked the door and there were 2 men that wanted to come in, she didn’t receive them and i felt akward and i asked why and she said “they don’t have appointment”. We didn’t have either so one more akward moment. I really don’t understand why she behaved like this and if she doesn’t want to sell the bag, why she doesn’t say so, or hide it for the special customers but the bag is in the window (also why keep a H bag in the window where it can get discolored).

Einfach nur arrogant… wir haben gerade die Tür geöffnet und wurden mit einem Kopfschütteln wieder raus geschickt. Ob dies wohl daran lag, dass wir heute mal nicht die Valentino Tasche, sondern die von ZARA trugen? Man weiß es nicht. Man darf wohl in diesen SECOND hand Store nur rein wenn man äußerlich schon sieht dass das Bankkonto voll ist. Eine Frechheit
