Because of huge traffic on the way from Poland we arrive to Gronau at 11 p.m.
Every hotel was closed. We couldn’t find any spot to sleep, and then the nicest host ever when she was almost leaving home she checked in us because see saw that we are in need, and don’t have where to stay.
Kindness like that doesn’t happens very often.
Rooms clean, a lot of towels in bathrooms, good breakfast.
For sure will come back there and can recommend this hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel. From the service to the room to the food this establishment wants you to feel at home. The restaurant staff as well as the concierge were top notch. The room and housekeeping thereof were impeccable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting peace, quit, and relaxation. The spa adds to the relaxation of this private resort styled hotel. Its equipped with two full service saunas.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. The menu is various and the food was very good. We had a very nice evening.

Das Hotel (insbesondere Personal und Hotelführung) kann man einfach nur loben. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erstklassig, schnell und kompetent erfüllt. Wir waren dort halb privat und halb geschäftlich. Der Konferenzraum wurde uns
In 5 Minuten organisiert, ohne dass wir es vorher angefragt oder reserviert haben. Einfach und schnell wurden uns alle Bedingungen ermöglicht, eine wichtige Besprechung durchzuführen. Abends konnten wir uns sehr schön ausruhen in der Sauna. Auch da 5 Punkte. Wir haben das Hotel als unser Hotel ausgesucht, wo wir uns in der Zukunft öfter treffen werden. Tolles Frühstück!!! Großes Lob an die Küche.

Top Zimmer. Sauber und schön. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mfg S Kunert

Ein tolles Hotel zu verweilen mit sehr netten u. aufmerksam Personal ,klasse Frühstück u.verschiedenen Kaffeesorten. Auch der Küchenchef hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Leider hatten wir keine Fahrräder dabei ,denn man kann dort weitläufig gut Radeln. Danke für die Zeit bei ihnen.
