A very cool place in the trendiest quarter in Stuttgart. You cannot reserve unless you are 10 people. But it’s really popular so you need to be ready to wait. Very friendly atmosphere and really cool crowd. The food is really good: try the breakfast menus…amazing!! you can stay and enjoy the place as much as you want. Possibility to seat outside: on Saturday in the near square there is also a small food market. Really great.

A very cosy and hipster place. I’ve had dessert and brunch before and they were pretty delicious but this time went there for dinner with friends I haven’t seen in a long time and we were just looking for a quiet place, this was exactly it. Music but not too loud and amazing songs, candlelit environment(kinda romantic) and great food. I recommend 100%! We had fish and chips with salmon and wasabi mayo and also panna cotta with speculaas cookies and it was heaven.

Dinner with friends, found a table for 5, no problem. Interior is clean and well decorated with old unique items you must take a moment to see. The food was delicious with our group ordering the 2 Steaks, Salmon, and Fish & Chips. Everyone was very pleased with the presentation, quantity, and taste of the meal. Drinks were kept full and service was quick and efficient.

We visited Metzgerei two yers ago during our last time in Stuttgart and this week here again, we wanted to visit it. The quality of the food is still excellent since last time. Our favourite is the fillet mignon with the truffle sauce! 100% recommended! We will come back in two years for sure!

Great Service, Friendly staff, Priced well for portion size, Great interior acoustics and one of the best breakfasts or brunches in town. Location cannot be beaten and the exterior in summer is perfect for sundowners and safe for the kids to run around. Right next door is a huge church and there is plenty space outside the church for kids to burn off some energy. On Saturdays in the same place there is one of Stuttgart’s best fresh small markets and it houses veggie stores, flower sellers, cheese and baked goods. Head towards Botnang on the Ubahn and jump out at Schwab/Bebel Straße and it is then literally a few minutes walk from the Ubahn station. The menu is extensive and the outside seating arrangement allows spots for small and big groups to gather. 5 Stars all round. Well done!

Excellent coffee, the breakfast dishes were second to none, the service went out of it's way to assist you. Top top top.

I went once for a dinner with friends and once for a brunch with my boyfriend. I love the food! Really good quality, tasty and original.
The disturbing thing is that it is pretty small so you are really close to your « neighbors ». It disturbed my boyfriend a lot that did not dare talking...

Cozy and laid-back living room atmosphere with great food. Not a big menu but very delicious. Especially the salads are yummie and sometimes they have specials. As well nice for breakfast. Reservations only for big groups. Really nice.

Great food, cool decor, but the service could be a bit better. Fresh OJ is a bit expensive, but the quality of the food makes up for it!

Even if it's called "die Metzgerei" (the butcher shop) you can get excellent vegetarian food. Quality is very high and the style of the place is unique.

Great restaurant in the city center of Stuttgart. Very nice service and ambient. We tried the soba noodles, the club sandwich and the stuffed sweet potato, all of them delicious. The white wine combined perfectly.
The menu has a combination of dishes of different origins. You can find german dishes as well as asian, french and italian.
We are definitely coming back!

Cool. Chill. Nice atmosphere. Great place to meet and talk. Don't know about the food, didn't eat anything. But I can recommend Metzgerei for a few drinks, definitely.
