Marshall Street Coffee

Lovely place! First things first, reserve in advance (the process is seamless and all online). We did so for the following midday and we were very happy to have done that since there was a waiting queue!

The food is delicious (maybe a bit too much butter on the French Toast but that's a matter of taste), we found the portions generous and the quality was very good. Service was professional, not always the fastest but since the place is always full I can understand.

The design of the place is pretty minimalistic which is fine.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!

Great coffee and food! You need to book a table if you want to dine in but it's super easy.

We shared many dishes and all were great. My favorite was the rye bread with salmon! But it's definitely worth it also to just grab a coffee here too.

Awesome coffee latte, the best I tried in Hamburg so far (I had it in 5 or 6 places).
Very good breakfast, portion is generous and food is delicious. We liked the croissant with salmon and Turkish eggs the most.
Book a table in advance, even for breakfast- the place is nice and therefore gets very busy.
And I definitely want recommend it!

Very tasty food and great service. Went their twice for breakfast and really enjoyed pancakes, salmon toast, French toast. Coffee is good as well, you can choose oat/sprout milk. Much recommended🤍

The restaurant is very nice, well decorated and very cozy. Its minimalistic design makes it quite special in heart of Hamburg. The staffs were very nice and friendly. They all speaks very good English for those who might be interested to know it before going there.
The food was great, well garnished and yummy. However, I have three notes: 1) Brioche bread in egg bunny was very sweet which came as a surprised. I would have not ordered it if I know it was the case! 2) the portions were small 3) considering the portions the dishes were expensive!

Best coffee and brunch set in town! The vibe here is super chill and cozy. I would recommend if you wanna find some nice places to meet and chat!

The coffee is amazing. It’s creamy and rich. The cheese cake is also great in texture and flavor. The only thing is that the lemon cake is too dry, other than that it’s stunning.

Ive lived in aussie for quite a while and we have (in my opinion) one of the best coffee culture ever.
And ive got to say this place nailed it! The coffee is absolutely wonderful! The service is also friendly. I would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed having breakfast at Marshall Street Coffee. The café has a lovely scandi-like interior and the staff is just great. All of the staff was so welcoming and the service overall was really great. The food speaks for itself, starting with the presentation and ending with the taste a solid 10/10.

Doesn’t matter if you are a sweet tooth person or salty, the options on the menu would be amazingly delicious for both preferences.

NOTE: don’t forget to do a reservation!!
Exactly because it’s an incredible place with a super cute atmosphere sometimes or most of the times is hard to get a table without a reservation! but don’t worry if you didn’t get a reservation and you need to wait, believe me it will be worth it. :))

My boyfriend and I happened upon this Cafe on sunny, non- rainy day last November, 2022. We didn't have a reservation, but we asked if we could then just get a coffee to go. While waiting to order, the table near us offered us their seats, ( they were done eating) and so we were able to take the free table. They serve perfect poached eggs with Avocado and as well an incredible eggs Benedict. ( see picture). Excellent service, great coffee and all from a teeny tiny kitchen just behind the counter.
We were so happy with our luck to get a table and be able to have a great breakfast during our weekend outing in Hamburg.

Small place, with great and customer focused service. Food was a bit long to arrive, but worth the wait. I really liked their black coffee. My family was pleased with the place as well. Picture is of the Croissant Royal.

One of my favourite cafés for brunch in Hamburg. They have a well-organised reservation system, so the brunch in the morning is not very crowed. The chef focuses on the quality of the food and the freshness of all the ingredients. My favourite is definitely Eggs Bunny with poached eggs, wafers, hams, spinach, and chilli powder. It is a combination of sweet, salty, yet a little bit spicy, but all the tastes perfectly match!

Fantastic place to enjoy breakfast, brunch or lunch. It is very difficult to choose among all the delicious courses from their menu as they all sounds very good. The coffee and the juices are also super nice. I will definitely recommend the place for my friends and family. Next time we visit Hamburg we will definitely come back for a bite! 🙏🏻😄

I recently visited Marshall St. Coffee in Hamburg and was thoroughly impressed. The cafe has a unique and stylish decor, featuring exposed pipes on the ceiling, metal coffee kegs, and beautiful plants that all add to the overall ambiance. It was a great space for a casual catch-up with friends or a solo work session.

The baristas at Marshall St. Coffee are passionate about their craft and are knowledgeable about their coffee offerings. I enjoyed a delicious oat milk latte that was creamy and flavorful without being too sweet. Additionally, I was thrilled to try their amazing fresh fruit granola, which was a tasty and healthy option to accompany my coffee.

What really sets Marshall St. Coffee apart is their focus on quality. The coffee beans are carefully sourced, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the cafe is palpable. It's clear that the team at Marshall St. Coffee takes pride in their work, and it shows in the final product.

Amazing breakfast/brunch. I had the eggs Benedict and avocado on toast. The presentation was was superb but the taste was even better! The place isn't that big so it can get full quickly. The service was great and the servers/baristas were extremely nice.

Great coffee and good place for breakfast/brunch. For me, I like the pancake more than the salad.

The only bothering thing is that the service is a bit slow.

A great little café with tasty breakfast options and drinks. It is a bit pricey though and you might have to wait outside a little for a free table, even on a Sunday not long after it opens as it gets busy pretty quickly, but we found it was all worth it.

The staff were also super friendly and spoke English if your German isn't good.
