Awesome partially restored castle, so many areas to explore. Good interactive areas and hands on displays. Agreed some displays are only in German, translated them with Google photo. Was fortunate to see the local beekeeper working that day!

Beautiful castle and great museum with lots of interactive/hands-on exhibits for children and grown-ups. Some information is available in English. Reasonable entry fees with 7 EUR (adults) and 6 EUR (children/senior citizens). Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Would recommend a visit.

When we visited this place some event is happening like music fest with traditional dresses, flowers 💐 😍

Amazing Castle!!
We expected a tiny, small town 'Burg', but WOW!!!
Amazing Place, with lots of history! The Museum inside the Castle was awesome. We loved it and we will definitely come back!!

A calm, silent and serene place to spend a day off or weekends. Reaching the place is not difficult. Trains available until the burg.

The castle and old city around it are beautiful. I was particularly impressed with the tasteful renovation and preservation of the castle that combines the historic structure with modern elements in a subtle, quite enjoyable way.
Definitely worth a visit.

Great place for a family visit - medieval castle turned into interactive museum. A lot of things to touch, try and play with; well structured exibition; a very nice lawn and garden near the entrance - perfect for picknick or just chilling in a good weather
