I’ve taken delivery of 3 cars from Euler with Tobias as the serviced for each one. Tobias and the dealership as a whole have always streamlined the process and been helpful through each step. They’re always there to answer questions even when not in the office. I greatly appreciate all of their help and can’t wait to go on some road trips in my newest car, a BMW 330e xDrive! Taylan Knobloch is my Military Auto Sales Representative. Overall the ordering process and delivery process went as expected. I am completely satisfied with the acquisition of my new JCW Mini Countrymen. Be patient, Supply Chain disruptions extended the delivery date of my new car, but Taylan kept me informed and walked me through the entire process from ordering through the navigation of customs and final delivery. Lastly, I don't give 5 stars as rule. The delivery had complications through no fault of the Dealership or Taylan, but my experience and post here reflect my overall satisfaction with the process and the outcome.

I wanted to update this review to reflect 5 stars. When the vehicle did arrive, Taylan assisted with all the customs paperwork and escorted me to the appropriate customs office and interfaced with agent. The overall experience was very smooth. I felt like a valued customer! 10 months later, I love the JCW experience. I have never been more satisfied with a vehicle purchase!

My experience with Euler Sales
Hofheim has been outstanding. My salesman Taylan Knobloch, is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sale. Taylan works with his management to make sure you are receiving the best price. Taylan has a positive vibe that he brings to the table and make is easy to purchase a vehicle from Euler Military Sale Hofheim. I have purchased 4 cars from Taylon. I am hoping to add a competition series soon.

After buying my third car within three months, with the help of the BEST Customer service provider Taylan Knobloch working at Euler BMW Hofheim, I decided to write this review. Taylan is the best sales person I have seen and felt with in my 30 years of buying and selling cars. Extremely honest and helpful, he is not after making a sale and forget about you, he is always smiling and trying to help as much as he can with his very busy schedule. I have full trust for Taylan and I will follow him anywhere he goes.

Best decision I made when I got orders was to have a car in production waiting for my arrival. I just received my convertible and the experience could not have possibly been better. Taylan Knobloch knocked it out of the park. I ordered my car while still in Korea and when I PCS’d to Germany I did so with the comfort of knowing I had a fantastic car on order. The military pricing can’t be beat anywhere - With Taylan’s help I paid 10k less than I would have in the states for a top of the line, every option car. 10/10.

Taylan Knoblauch is the military sales agent and he was great everystep of the way. He explained BMW's overseas military sales program to me and we built my car. He gave me a few days to look it over online and to confirm that was what I wanted. He kept me informed of the build and shipping status with every update. Last, he personally went to the German registration office with me to complete necessary customs requirement. It was seamless! Excellent service, zero pressure, and very knowledgeable and informative!
