Best Western Premier Castanea Resort Hotel

Very quiet location, has a golf course, spa, bar and a restaurant. The staff is nice. The food in the restaurant is not so great but there's plenty of other options around in the area. The WiFi in the rooms was not working for a few days but the receptionist gave great alternatives. Plenty of free parking space available and rooms are spacious. The rooms have great furniture, bathroom is well built. Can't complain about anything. I travel a lot and this was one of the better hotels.

Very satisfied! We had booked a weekend including a wedding dinner and we have been pampered! We had a warm welcome right from the reception, the restaurant staff was lovely, including our waiter, Rafael, who stayed with us till early morning and really pampered us. We all had great moments in the sauna and the whirlpool, our guests went home very happy, saying this was the best wedding they attended. I wish to thank the whole team immensely, we will be back for sure!

Very well-run, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Sits next to the golf course and offers a good restaurant, excellent breakfast and great service to top. My wife and I enjoyed the stay on our way home to Baden-Württemberg.

Not an easy decision to give 5 stars, honestly i would have given 4,5. Modern place, very clean, nicely kept, friendly staff, excellent value for money, and here is the reason why i gave 5 stars... The place has everything you want, and a little more for that kind of money.. i missed a little the extra wow, to give a straight 5, but then i didn.t pay a lot, so its a great place for the buck.
