Kloster St. Josef

This is a monastery that switched to a hotel in the 1920s. They had lots of space . Very clean and friendly. Although the nun spoke zero English she still tried her best. Very close to the city centre. Worth the trip.

Awesome location and the good ol' The Name of the Rose feeling. Minus Sean Connery of course ;) Food, milieu were spot on. Rooms are not luxurious but do the job well.

Staying at the Kloster was really lovely. It's a peaceful place where a comprehensive Breakfast is included with your stay. The grounds are very clean and serene and its not too terribly far from the city although I would recommend a bike or taxi as I certainly wouldn't have wanted to walk. The room itself was simple and there was free wifi and German TV. Overall, great stay at the Kloster.

Barefoot clean, with a wonderful firm, simple (not memory foam!) mattress and roller shades for the best night's sleep in the calm quiet. Geninely welcoming; nice extra touches, like a bowel full of apples, a 24-hr honor system beer/snack station, artistic towel folding....and adorable religious sisters happy to have guests and nicely singing the liturgy of the hours. Pleasant walk to old Neumarkt.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Rooms are very clean and functional. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Wifi was good... even in the rooms. Breakfast was very good. Short walk into the centre of town.

We stayed at St.Josephs for 4 days and we loved it. Everything is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

must have at least one sleep in your life in this hotel (if you are near Nuremberg)
everything is rely fabulous, especially organisation, quietness, food, cleaning, sisters tolerance.....in one word everything is perfect.
