Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice reception area, doesn't look like a normal hostel reception. It's so welcoming and warm.
The rooms are nice, clean, spacious and are more "hotel like", unlike most hostels.
Definitely 100% recommend

The late check out feature is very flexible. The staff starting from reception, housekeeping to breakfast were very much polite and helpful. I would really recommend this place to my friends and family. Had a wonderful stay :)

Excellent place to stay for single night. Women friendly. Staffs are very professional. Well maintained. Solo women travellers can stay worry free even in normal dorms.

Very nice hostel. Warm and welcoming reception with numerous spots to relax or work. The room was very comfy and i had a really nice night's sleep

The rooms are decent, although the dormitories can be a bit stuffy. However, considering the affordable price, one shouldn't expect more. I found the single room preferable. It's worth noting that there can be quite a bit of noise due to the nearby trains and traffic. On the upside, the service at the reception is excellent. They went the extra mile to assist me in changing my room from a dorm to a single room at no additional cost, as I had an early departure. Their assistance was highly commendable.

Everything was excellent, just one thing that i didn't like:
If you are in Building C, lots of noises, until very late at night people speak very loud close to the windows. And your sleep will be disturbed.
But Mr DANIAL, is a great man, i meant Me Danial the manager, he is very king, loves and respect people. Me and my familly will never forget him.... he is really a Human.
I appreciate his kindness and his sens of humanity....

I was desperately looking for a place to pass the night and found there affordable even though it's only one stop from the city main station by train, location right behind train stations, bathroom clean and room is nice, health and temperature was normal even at this time of cold.I really enjoyed my stay there.

One of the best hostels I have been to. Stayed in a&o at Venice, Frankfurt Ostend, Galluswarte, and Dresden. Wonderful staff. The lobby and breakfast is so good here. Best thing for backpackers.

Excellent low price hostel not far from the central station . Only 1 stop away.

it is just bang for the buck. I have stayed in other hostels in frankfurt and dusseldorf, but A&O stands out only on price.

their staff are very rude and it is the same as in germany. FYI the re is no customer centric recption anywhere in germany, it is a land of morons. you cannot get the same customer services like USA.

Very central location. S bahn and tram easily connects you to any location. Reception is very helpful and kind. The rooms was very clean. Actually the first day they forget to clean the room and gave it to me and it was very clean but instantly they changed and we stayed in three different rooms more all of them was very clean

My stay was ok other than the room being too humid. I left behind my eyeglass and informed the reception asap and was confirmed that I was found in the room and asked me contact the house manager for how to process further. I wrote a mail to manager saying one of my friend will collect it. But i didn't receive any reply back aswell they denied having it. It was clear there was no coordinate or communication between the staff. I hope to receive mail and receive my eyeglasses in one piece

First time to stay at a hostel and I was impressed with the level of quality. Smooth check in, clean room, free wifi, attached bathroom and shower room. I booked a bed in a 4 dorm female’s room. Clean bed sheets and towels. All were included in the price. There were tissues and shower gel. Also, there was the clothes dryer in the shower room. Each bed has its own power socket for charging your devices. The location is perfect as it is in front of the tram station. Super happy with my stay and would love to try other branches in other cities.

The hotel is conveniently close to the S-Bahn, train station and Goetheplatz. The hotel and the rooms were very clean , and the most positive and lasting impression was left by the receptionists, Amine Amzil and Murtaza Kamal who were thoughtful, kind, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes it's people like them that make you feel like home. They did everything possible to make my stay most comfortable, despite the fact that they were very busy.

No doubt it is budget friendly.
Kindly paste a sticker in shared room that to use headphones.
Sometimes roommates wantedly don't use headphones despite complaining.

I like this hotel. I prefer this hotel for away from home. Because they have really good standart and they replace this standarts for every hotels in every city. And also it is performance&quality service. I recommend here for short staying. I am a student and this hotel feels like a student to me:)
