Mercure Hotel Kamen Unna

Our stay went really well. The staff were very accommodating. We decided to arrive a day early due to rail strikes, and they were able to update our reservation in record time. During our stay, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The room is very comfy, the staff who welcomed us was very nice and the best is the breakfast buffet. I never encountered such a buffet, it was incredible.

Great hotel if you travel for business. Has all the amenities you need. Great Wi-Fi and an amazing breakfast buffet.

We arrived before check-in time they made it possible we could go into our rooms early

Stayed in the Privilege Room. Newly renovated. All necessary things in the room (Nice ~40' tv, coffee machine, table, desk, minibar), comfortable bed, nice shower (as well newly renovated, with modern design).

The hotel was very close to the airport. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We had an early flight and asked for a taxi for 5am. We came down at 4:55 am and the taxi was already there waiting.

Friendly and very helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, small gym and sauna, close to a petrol station for essentials, has own bar and restaurant, 24hr front desk.

If you are going to visit Dortmund, the hotel is a good choice to stay, and service is good.
