Superb view of the alps, a full 360 degree panorama. A nice 30 minute walk leads up to the summit and to the ruins, there is limited parking on the different access roads. Lots of visitors use this place to take their dogs for a walk. Depending on the wind direction you get a good, close view of the airplanes taking off from Zürich Airport, a lot of them. To really enjoy the experience it helps if you are a little bit of plane spotter. While the ruins don't look like much: the place has been used since the bronze age up to the 19th century. There is no restaurant nearby, you'll be thirsty.

An easy hike to the top of the mountain took us around an hour.

Always nice coming up here. It's a good hike ir MTB ride. Rather tought. As reward, enjoy the nice view on a sunny day. Mine hasn't been great todsy 😉

Der Aufstieg ist für Flachlandwanderer vielleicht ein bisschen streng. Um so schöner ist dann der 360° -Ausblick ins Land. Grillen kann man da auch. Ich empfehle dafür Holz mitzunehmen oder auf dem Weg nach oben im Wald zu sammeln.

Schöne Rundwanderung von Gyrenbad aus. Besonders schön bei Hochnebel, wenn der Blick über das Nebelmeer geht.

Ein toller Aussichtspunkt mit einem eindrücklichen 360° Panorama. Sehr kinderfreundlich mit einigen Feuerstellen und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Abwechslungsreiches Wandergebiet mit vielen gut ausgebauten Wegen.

Ein sehr schönes Berg mit verschiedenen Grillstellen auf dem Weg, auf dem Berg selbst gibt es eine Grillstelle und eine Lagerfeuerstelle. Bei einer Grillstelle auf dem Weg gibt es sogar Holz fürs Grillen und Wasser direkt dabei.
Der Weg ist kurz aber schon anstrengend.
Parkplatz ist kostenlos, es gibt da ein Kompost WC, richtig umweltfreundlich! :)

Schöner Aussichtpunkt, kann mit einen Rundspaziergang kombiniert werden. Je nach Tag und Wetter gut besucht.
