Very kind and competent staff. Dr Jelitto takes time to examine and explain. The lady at the reception is also very kind. The rooms are pleasant and inviting. Always feel good and very well taken care of when visiting this place. Happy I found a praxis that really cares about their patients.

It was my first time visit to the clinic. I had to come to the clinic without any appointment because of an urgent health issue. The lady at the reception did not speak English, but we managed to communicate in my broken German, and I was asked to wait. I expected a much longer wait time as I had come without an appointment. But luckily, I hardly waited for around 20-25 minutes for my chance to see the doctor. I met Dr. Anastasia Tsintari. She asked me politely if I spoke German or English. We could communicate really well in English. The doctor was very patient and listened to me completely. She gave me proper time and explained everything really well. The lady at the reception also humbly understood what I wanted to say in my broken German. I got free from the clinic within 1.5 hours as there was less crowd on the day. Overall, my experience was really nice.

I have always been treated with kindness and patience be Dr Jelitto and his staff. I feel listened to and well looked after under his care. I never feel rushed or insignificant. Sometimes there is a wait but for me it’s never been more than 30 minutes.

Doctor Jelitto is absolutely great! He is always nice and pleasant to talk with and in the same time he treats you seriously and with respect. I recommend him to all my friends. The only con is the usual wait time and lack of possibility to make an appointment. Not fun to wait for 1-1,5hrs while with a cold.

Both Dr. Jelitto and his secretary speak perfect English. They were friendly and found time to see me during the busy Christmas season with only a short twenty minute wait. If you need an English speaking doctor with no appointment I suggest just dropping in, you will not be turned away.

Dr. Jelitto really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain his diagnosis with anitomical charts on the office walls. There is a sometimes long wait but it’s worth it. He does not rush at all and for that it is worth waiting. I feel very lucky to have found him to take care of my health during my time in Germany.

Dr. Jelitto is our trusted physician for long years now. He is a shining star in the cold, mechanical, greed driven realm of Krankenkassen system.
Yes, you will wait a little longer but it will be worth it because no other doctor I've seen in Berlin will care so much about you.

The doctor is very good and humble. Also speaks English. The receptionist also were quite polite. They gave me on the spot appointment because I was not well. Would really recommend Mrs Tsintari.

Both doctors (Dr. Jelitto and Dr. Tsintari) are vey knowledgeable, nice and speak English fluently. Unfortunately, I moved away from that area. Otherwise I would never consider switching my GP.

This clinic is fantastic, Dr.Sabrovan and Dr.Jelitto are both the bests in the field. Everyone in the clinic speaks fluent English.

Awesome sports medicine. No appointments, just walk ins, so it can get busy. What I liked most is that he gives a lot of explanation and advice. Much recommended.

If you arrive early, you will always get an appointment.
Mostly German, but you can get along with the staff and the doctors :)

Great doctor. Been there once, he was super quick and very friendly. I thought I had pancreatic spasm, but it turns out it was my back. He was right!
