Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin

This arena is absolutely incredible! It was my first experience in such a huge venue and the experience did not disappoint!

The arena has a huge capacity and hosts a range of stores (i.e., food, etc.) when shows are on. There are ample amounts of toilet facilities.

The staff here are super friendly and happy to help if asked. The crowd management heading into the arena was very well performed.

The acoustics of the venue were really great, The Cure sounded absolutely fantastic even from a far distance on one of the highest platforms. The views were incredible!

It was so beautiful and magical. I watched Aida and it was really fantastic! Loved it! The arena itself helps a lot with the atmosphere..

Used to be -and in my opinion always will be- called as Mercedes-Benz Arena. The arena itself is not huge but.pretty good for matches and small shows. Clean, easy to access. Friendly staff. You can buy drinks and finger food like nuggets, tacos, pop corn inside. It has a big parking garage next to it but since the area has so many amenities, too many people are using the garage therefore I recommend you to go early if you are going for an event.
Outside is a great living area. Since it is nearby the Spree, East Side Mall and big companies like Zalando, so many options to hang out, have dinner, lunch etc. Very vibrant. I really like this area.

Mercedes Benz arena is a very cool venue and a modern yet comfortable arena. Eisbaren Berlin in ice hockey DEL league is performing there, as well as basketball team of Alba Berlin. A great complex to showcase international concerts or huge conferences and events of all genres. Great sits and nice visibility. The cheerleaders are amazing

I have been here on many different occasions watching concerts and ice hockey. My last visit was watching an opera Aida. This place is well organised and sign posted. There is a parking house close to the arena and the S bahn is near by. There are a lot of restaurants close but I would book way in advance to avoid disappointment.

Impromptu visit when on a sightseeing trip in Berlin. Fantastic concert venue similar to The Hydro in Glasgow. Just... Better!

I travelled to Berlin from Manchester to watch Two Steps from Hell. It was an amazing experience, great venue to watch a live orchestra. We were waiting outside for about ten minutes to get in and the drinks were expensive. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I was there for Blink-182 concert and it was amazing! It was my first time inside and it was great! There was a los of people in the line to enter but we had Premium tickets so we got to enter through a different door and it was super fast. Inside they sell drinks and food, of course as expected much more expensive than regular but that's how it usually is inside this events venues. In overall, a great venue! I've seen they also do the Hockey matches here, I'm really looking forward to go to one and see how they adapt the venue for this!

This venue holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite spots in Berlin, perfect for catching a basketball match, which I am a big fan of. ⛹🏻‍♂ It’s a delight to also attend concerts here, as every visit is marked by a pleasant experience. 🤩 The arena is well-maintained, clean, and organized, ensuring that every event is enjoyable without any hint of chaos. It’s always a pleasure to spend time here. 🥰

We had such a wonderful time seeing Depeche Mode!!! Awesome venue, would definitely return here for another event!

Nice area, shops, and restaurants near the venue. With a mall very close by. It is opposite the East side gallery wall. You just need to cross the road to get to the famous Berlin Wall. The venue itself was clean, warm, and friendly staff. We were there for Madonna... 🎊

Stadium for 17k people! Super equipment, crazy atmosphere, well played ice hockey

the arena was quite big and even from the furthest seats from the stage the visibility was still great, the toilets were neat and overall my experience was great. I saw blackpink💕

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin for a Backstreet Boys concert in 2022! The arena was well-organized and easy to navigate, with clear signage and friendly staff to assist with any questions. The sound quality was excellent, and the lighting and visual effects added to the overall experience. The seating was comfortable and provided great views of the stage, even from further back. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of food and drinks available. The only downside was that the lines for the restrooms and food vendors were quite long and took some time to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin for a great concert experience and look forward to attending future events at this venue! This is world-class stage that can host any concert!

I was there for Hans Zimmer, with 17k audience, it was well organized, perfect lights and sound. Inside you can buy some drinks and fast foods.
The outside area also has some restaurants and coffee shops.

A great venue for hosting big games. Even if you buy the cheapest tickets, you have unobstructed view to the court. The terrace that overlooks the newly created square is good so you can get some fresh air in halftime. Not a great number of options when it comes to food but prices are relatively ok if you want to grab a beer for the match. The only slight drawback is that it's located in the east of the city which might be convenient if you live in Friedrichshain but it's a real journey if you're heading anywhere west of Alexanderplatz, either by public transport or car. Especially after big games with tens of thousands of attendees, it's painful to return home.

Also when a big game takes place, the entrances and the controls should work much much faster. If you don't get there two hours in advance (which can happen because some people might be working that day), you may miss some of the action, as the people operating the x-ray controls are working in slow motion.

The surrounding area is rather good, since they've built blocks of flats on every single centimetre of available land, but the area around the two stations serving the venue (Warschauer Straße & Ostbahnhof) is not ideal especially at night, unless you think that drug use in public is alright

Went to see Fred Again! It was so dope!!! The venue is really nice. Concessions are stupid expensive but the facilities are nice and clean and the staff is as well.

Honestly love going here for shows, comedy, etc. the reason being mainly is that it’s just so damn easy to access and get to and fro, the lines for beer and food are painfully slow though so i recommend eating before you arrive. If you have Amex the Lounge is where you should head to! Looking forward to the next show !
