Great beer garden with lots of space, big playground for kids, traditional, yet modern design, all clean and tidy. They offer Bavarian specialities with meat from the ox (the owner Haberl is the same from the Oktoberfest tent "Ochsenbraterei") and good spare ribs. Otherwise standard dishes you'd expect from a beer garden.They'll use their home-grown herbs etc. for preparing the meals!

Apart from the normal seating there's also a cosy corner on a meadow among flowers. Staff is friendly, service quick. Can be quite packed on sunny weekends. Expect rather high prices though. A full-blown restaurant (Franz-Xaver) is also adjacent.

Such a wonderful place to be with kids (mine are twins of 3-years old). Food and beer were simply a delight and the price was very fair. It's a great place for the parents to relax and kids to have fun. We had fish (from the fire) that was really fatty and tasty, Krustenbraten with Knödel, a local classic and different beers (alcohilfrei available as well). Get there early. It got packed quickly on a sunny Sunday. Outside parking available and free. Many people came by bikes.

Absolutely wonderful, bright, friendly and community oriented family bar and food area. Big open space to play for all the kids and pets. Plus a play park area and sheltered tables. Epic food and drink as always in Germany and at an ace price. Toilets clean and the cleaners arnt fat away to do there Job and so nice about it. Plus so picturesc

Atmosphere is amazing. A typical Bavarian Beergarden 🍺.
Lots of trees around, hence you feel very comfortable even on hot sunny days.

Nice place for a break after a ride with the bike. There is a nice children's playground. Food is great. And staff is friendly.
I have been there on weekdays. Not very crowded.

I nice beer garden, out of the way. Famous, as per legend Radler was invented here on a hot summer day many decades ago. Radler is now served at every beergarden in Munich, and most restaurants.

Not the typical Biergarten cuisine. Attention to the details, freshly made food, nice atmosphere and service. Perfect after a bike ride!

Nice place, worth a stop…doesnt matter what u want…coffe, sweats or bavarian food and beer. Seats on the lawn or under the trees in the beegarden.
