BER Airport – Terminal 1-2

Didn't have a bad experience here, we came straight off our flight and to our baggage belt.

Got our case and headed straight down the escalators to the Train Platform.

Very well laid out airport, easy to navigate.

I lost one of my bags inside of terminal 1 after my exit in one of the bathrooms. After a few failed attempts talking to different personnel I managed to get help from a lady at the terminal 1 service desk.
Although she was not happy with the hunt for the bag, I will be forever grateful for her efforts and for finding it. Wishing you well lady at the desk!

If you have lost an item, be specific and hand them some euros if they choose to help you ..

If you happen to catch a flight from Terminal 2, be aware that you face a 15-minute stroll ahead so be ready

It is a big airport but not as big as Frankfurt Airport. Still easy to navigate inside and outside, stores and caffee are available if you need something. Security is well organized and there lifts between the floors for wheelchair accessibility.
Indoor and outdoor car parkings are available by the airport. They are paid parkings.

A good experience overall. New and spanking with all modern amenities. Good connectivity options too, but can be improved. Not very crowded yet.

New airport I was there at 4:30 am so the security was fast and efficient. Priority pass gets 23 euros off at this Movenpick cafe by gate A20 if you fly within shengan,

loved it. nice and opulent walnut veneer. lot of natural light and good layout. a bit shortages of shops and brands , but it's ok.

Really easy in and out. Free parking for 10 mins, check in, security & gates are all well organized.

To my surprise there is a water dispenser, this in the ladies wc gate at A8. Know before paying 3,50 for a bottle

I just shifted from Munich To Berlin . I went through all the reviews about the Berlin airport and a bit hesitated to travel to dubai from this airport I even thought about going to Munich and taking flight from there but in the end I decided to take a trial . The first plus point is the FEX train which is from Berlin main station every 25 minutes to airport . The travel itself is so comfortable and reaching the airport there is no confusion to find out the correct terminal and the check in counters which is very clearly displayed on the board. Check in was so fast and what surprised me is the swift security with no complications and also passport control with lots of counters . everything got over in 25 minutes . Lots of place to sit . Clean washrooms and friendly staff to help us even though I am not fluent in German . So it’s 5 out of 5 stars for Berlin terminal 1-2 airport .

Very spacious airport and has great facilities. The signs are written in both German and English so navigation is easy.

This station is as good as it gets - quick, efficient, and clean!

The ways to transfer from Berlin airport to the capital are brilliant. As soon as we had arrived here, we were away on an S-bahn. Great service.

Great experience at the new airport BER. Workers provide help without doubt. Due to my husband's disability, they offered to help us. Providing wheelchairs for transportation and guides to facilitate the way to the gate. Upon check-in, the supervisor "C-Philipp Heinze" helped us a lot by relocating the seats and making them more comfortable for people with disabilities. He participated not only in BER Airport, but also in stopovers and next flight.

Very wellvbuild and maintained airport. I would nice to have better choices of restaurants. No clean water taps to fill up your bottles so this site is not encouraging visitors to reuse plastic.

One of the busy airport in Germany. Neat and clean. A little bit far from the main city center of the Berlin but you will find available public transportation while moving from the airport or vice versa. Also domestic and international flights are available from this airport. You can find booth from several airlines there where you can get all the services of flight changing and so on.

Used the BER Runway in T1 for fast security and it only took 8 min total to get through security on a Sunday morning at 7.30am! The staff was very friendly, and it was no problem to get instructions in English.

Very fast and efficient security. Much better than the last time I used this airport.
