Schlosshotel Bad Neustadt

We have stayed one night at the Schlosshotel and liked our room and the location of the Hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We had a very good night sleep int he room. The breakfast was beautifully set and had a good variety of products. being able to have breakfast in the beautiful garden is a bonus as well!

There were some things however that can be improved. Breakfast was served between 8am and 11am, however at 9:40am lots of food was already missing and not replaced, some tables were not set for new arrivals, and others were not cleared. There was no hot water in the tank from which water for tea is taken, and there were no lids for tea pots.

One of the challenges staying in the hotel was that the reception worked only for certain hours and outside of those hours there was no one to ask for help. There was a tablet in the room with some information and a chat bot. The chat bot worked even though while typing the request we were not sure if anyone reads it as there was not response to it on the screen of the tablet. Despite our worries the message was read and the items we requested brought to us.

High tech is great but in hotel business should be paired with a human touch as well.

My family and I had a brief one-night stay here, and the hotel blew our minds.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the rooms were amazing and tasteful.

I had hoped there would be a bit more of a "city" atmosphere around it, but again... I could have just looked more closely at the map.

For a one-night stay with kids, it was great, but staying here for a couple of days could have ended up being boring.

All that in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again.

Best place I ever stayed in Germany. You can bring your dog, kids, family for a quiet and beautiful time. I recommend every minute of it. You can go for the KissSalis Therme in Bad Kissingen, or eat a lovely pizza in O Sole Mio restaurant. There are a lot of things to enjoy here. Have a go, and a lot of fun.

Brilliant location and must expeience the ambience. Very peaceful and calm.

Great food, friendly service, nice people. Rooms huge. Lots toiletries available in room. Including men's shaving kits, cotton balls, women's needs, tooth brush and toothpaste.

Great place for beer! Try not to drink the water coming from the fountains near by...very salty

Ganz so, wie man sich ein Schlosshotel vorstellt. Gediegene Ausstattung, geräumige Zimmer, angrenzender Park und Schlosskirche. Durch die überschaubare Anzahl von Zimmern kein Massenbetrieb. Während meines Aufenthaltes war es sehr ruhig. Ich hatte fast das Gefühl, das Schloss für mich alleine zu haben. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, Minibar mit kostenlosen alkoholfreien Getränken.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich wunderschön. Manche sind im modernen styl und manche im altmodischen. Der Service war ein wand frei, freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Zu der Lage kann ich auch einiges sagen. Sie ist sehr schön da direkt daneben ein kleiner Park ist der direkt zur Stadt führt. Partys wie Geburtstage kann man sehr gut in einer Halle feiern die ebenso zur Verfügung steht mit Personal. Das Essen war ebenso sehr lecker und preiswert

Bij aankomst prettig ontvangen. Kamers zijn groot genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Grote badkamer en een gevulde mini bar. Alcoholische dranken kosten geld maar water of een sapje kan je zo pakken. Ontbijt was goed met genoeg aanbod. Zeker een aanrader.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Wir waren Silvester da und fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben.
Es fehlt lediglich eine Möglichkeit, sich in Zimmer zu zweit hinzusetzen.
Fazit: Empfehlenswert

Nette Begrüßung und tolle Gespräche mit dem Eigentümer, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lage mit Blick in den Park. Gerne wieder. Gegessen haben wir im Schwester Hotel Schwan & Post, da am Dienstag das Restaurant geschlossen war.

Das Schlosshotel ist sehr gepflegt und sowohl die Zimmer als auch die weiteren Räumlichkeiten entsprechen denen, die man von einem Schloss erwarten kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig (wir hatten 7 Zimmer angemietet). Die Badezimmer sind erneuert:). Das Personal war, totz einer parallel stattfindenden Hochzeit, enorm freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und erfüllten auch viele kleine Sonderwünsche bei der Essensbestellung. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch die Weinkarte bzw. -Beratung hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, man kann zu einer Burg spazieren oder in die nette Altstadt von Bad Neustadt durch den schönen und gepflegten Park.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sowohl vom Ambiente als auch vom Service. Es macht seinem Namen "Schlosshotel" alle Ehre, überall schönes Parkett, Teppiche, Holztreppen, sehr schöne Sitzmöbel.
Mein Zimmer war im Gebäude nebenan, dass ebenfalls in dem Stil eingerichtet ist. Es war das schönste Hotelzimmer, dass ich seit langem hatte. Der Innenarchitekt hat bei der Gestaltung sehr guten Geschmack bewiesen. Zum Zimmer konnte man den Fahrstuhl oder die Treppe nutzen.
Es war ruhig, es gab einen Schreibtisch, einen Safe, eine Kaffee-Maschine mit Nespressokapseln, ein Samtohrensessel sowie alle möglichen hilfreichen Artikel im Bad.
Das Frühstück war phantastisch, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt (sogar low carb Brot und Ketobrot) plus einen tollen Ausblick in den Schlosspark.
In die Innenstadt geht man max. 10-15 min zu Fuß durch den Park.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit historischer Einrichtung und einem sehr guten Service.
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich und im schönen Schlosspark kann man einen entspannten Spaziergang machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen Gutschein für ein 4-Gänge Menü. Es war sehr gut, vor allem die Nachspeise. Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Schönes Ambiente im Schlosspark.
