Pizza Hut Express

In a country that touches Italy, sadly most of their pizza really just isn’t very good. Most of it tastes like I could get a better one from a freezer, having this Pizza Hut is a taste of home and appreciated very much. Perfect crunchy crust and stretchy cheese. Awesome wings and the service was perfect. The atmosphere takes a hit simply because it needed a renovation probably 15 years ago and still hasn’t gotten it. Will come back for sure.

I visited this lovely restaurant in Ramstein Air Base today . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing -Absolutely the best Pizza…Highly recommend!

The driver Darryl was on time and so nice! I offered him a tip but he didn’t have cash app so he said you just keep smiling and that’s enough! He was so sweet! I wish I could bless him with a good tip! Excellent food and driver!

Very friendly customer service, nice selection of pizza and food was made quickly the last 3 visits not waiting any longer than 20min for my pizza! Chose to eat for lunch and the food still tastes and looks fresh. Will go here more.

9/10 (based on 50+ orders) have had positive results from this Pizza Hut. 99% of the time I get what I ordered perfectly! I live on base, and the delivery drivers are great - big shout out to James who cares a lot about good service. ❤❤❤

First off, the pizza came in a timely manner and was hot when delivered, but that for sure wasn’t the only thing that was hot when delivered. The delivery driver named Justin I believe was extremely attractive and very friendly. I’ll be sure to order again.

I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered online and the time of pickup was 1130 am (lunch rush) I arrived early and they told me it was almost done at 1127 th was fresh, on time and perfect even in the mist of their crazy lunch rush hour !!! I also want to thank the cashier who is usually their throughout lunch she is always in high spirts, very nice, recommends trying things on the menu and Just has outstanding customer service every time I visit. Next time I will get her name but anyone who has spoke with her knows exactly who I’m talking about. Very sweet woman. I hope this message reaches her !! Thank you !

Great quality pizza every time we ordered. Perfect mix of cheese and sauce. Recommend it. Garden salad is pretty good n fresh.

Came in to order a simple combo, was extremely lucky to have Ethan greet me. Ethan explained all the combo options and even explained the sales. Ethan was extremely courteous and kind while customers asked questions, made demands, and simply reviewed the menu. This Pizza Hut has come a long way in terms of customer service.

Likely one of the best pizza huts out there.

-pizza tasted good
-pizza was extremely cheap especially after 10% military star off

Negative
-Sitting area was like a furnace. But that is the case across the Europe

Visiting from Italian base for medical procedure and my family couldn't be happier to have a little piece of home after 2 years away. Pizza was good, service was fast and customer service was excellent. Thank you for taking us back even just for dinner!

I ordered online for pick up. When I got there, everyone was nice, the food was hot and waiting for me. The facility was clean. Pizza was delicious 😋

Just a little while ago I came here with my boyfriend and I personally do not understand the reviews for this place. In my opinion the employees were great (especially Bryan), food was fabulous, and the wait was minimal. The place is very well kept and clean.

I dont care if pizza hut is very basic. They are quick and yum! I still like their pizza and hot wings..cheaper than any other.

The food was all right but the service was excellent. The service person offered to the pepperoni pizza I wanted but was not available. The alternative was excellent!

Pizza was hot, as ordered, delicious, and kindly delivered 30 minutes after I placed my order online.
