Residence Inn Munich Central

My first visit to Munich has been wonderful, and Mr. Ouir made the experience even better! He was very polite and friendly, giving me a great first impression of Germany. During check-in, he introduced me to the hotel room and all the facilities, which was really helpful. He truly stands out for his excellent service! If I have the chance to come back to Munich, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This was a great stay. The staff is very friendly and was always very patient with our intermediate German. We stayed 18 days and the first room was rather small, but we were moved to a second room which was larger. The breakfast buffet is good and the internet works well. I really liked working in the dining room which was always empty after breakfast. The washing machine wasn’t working for most of our stay so we had to go to a different hotel to do the laundry. They gave me a really nice birthday gift during my stay which was a nice surprise. Overall this was a great stay and I would stay here again.

The location is great, 10 minutes walking to the train station and 5 minutes walking to the tram stop.

There is a shopping center with some nice restaurants and market right next to the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and the staff was one of the best ever in all my travels. I give like 9 out of 10. Super nice Muhammad and his team really took care of my every need right away. I had a one issue with the hotel and they hooked me up big time with a room upgrade. Totally shocked me! I got the Donald Trump suite. Ballin! The gym was dope 24 hours. Not busy at all. The breakfast was good not great. Munich East was better but it was like 50 bucks more a night this year. But the staff was really nice the kitchen staff. Really nice and helpful. Totally attentive and never let anything run out. They PICK UP UOUR GROCERY’S I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT! That would have saved me a ton of time.The location was far from the metro like 9 minute walks and 6 minutes but I lost weight with all that walking which was cool. The mall is right there though with a bio market grocery stores apoteeke pharmacy and a nice Italian restaurant that was actually nice and romantic good food. We did laundry just 2 bucks and 2 for soap. Drying is free. Left it there all night and nobody stole it. I lost the paper with everybody’s name but there’s Atilla super cute and funny.young German lady super nice and super helpful. Macedonia lady she was super cool and I made her laugh really loud once. Young Serbian dude super cool. And Mohamed who was the best super nice funny helpful smart cool. And another German lady maybe Russian with nice lips and burgundy hair m. I think she was really helpful to. Oh I got lost getting there after midnight so it’s tucked in and a little hard to find. DONT be cheap call them. I wasted 20 min waking around. Lucky it wasnt raining or freezing.

Booked 3 nights with a 1 queen studio, very clean/new rooms and for Europe these rooms are pretty big. The breakfast is really good full of options with fresh bread,fruits,cheese,eggs and more. Will definitely be coming back.
I wish the hotels back in Canada had breakfasts like this!

Awesome place to stay for a weekend getaway, business trip or longer stay. Rooms are spacious and modern, staff is super friendly and breakfast has a good selection.

Really close to Theresienwiese and next to a mall with supermarkets and some shops. Approx 10 mins walk only to the main station.

Really good hotel with really good service everything was great including the breakfast which sometimes can be bad but in this Marriott we stayed for 3 nights and every day the breakfast was extremely good. And staff was super respectful and helpful we really enjoyed our visit and would come again to this Marriott if we come back to Munich

From the outside nay, from inside yey! I didn't expect much but was very positively surprised seeing the I side and the nee rooms. It felt fresh, modern and spacious. The bed was great. Not to soft not to hard. The little apartment offered everything needed and the balcony with morning sun is superb. Big big compliment.

2 tram stops from central station in a quiet bit of town. Great and knowledgeable staff, great breakfast and all around great experience.

Very nice. There are several options closer to the city center, but the walk is easy (20 min) and the staff and facilities are very nice. Clean, modern, secure, very nice breakfast. An upgrade from US residence inn breakfasts. Laundry facilities in site too.

Wir waren als Familie im Residence Inn Munich Central und können nur Positives berichten. Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Studios sind neu, sauber und gut durchdacht. Perfekte Lage zur U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn.
Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Sehr leckeren Kaffee gibt es ganztägig aus dem Profi-Vollautomaten.

Münih merkez istasyonuna çok yakın konumu olan hizmet, kahvaltı ve personeliyle muhteşem bir otel. Odalar çok geniş balkonlu ve biz kullanmadık ama odada mini mutfağı bile var. Çok beğendik

Das residence inn Munich city center, war echt eine Überraschung. In 10
Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Wahlweise mit 2 Tramlinien 18/19 auch nach 2 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu erreichen, 50m Fussweg sind dann noch nötig.
Es befindet sich über überm Einkaufszentrum Schwanthalerhöhe, welches direkt an den Theresienwiese anstosst.

Die Lage des Zimmers Richtung Süden war genial. Sonne von morgens bis abends, Genuss auf der möblierten Terrasse ist so vorprogrammiert.
Das Bett war einfach nur Mega. Generell war das Zimmer aehr geräumig geschnitten, diese Grösse in einem Stadthotel zu finden und auch noch mit Balkon ist fast unmöglich oder überteuert. Zudem war es in der Nacht absolut ruhig.

Besonders möchte ich aber Yasmin hervorheben. Sie ist ein absoluter Star. Sie weiss wo sie anpacken muss, tut alles um den Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Es war wirklich eine Freude sie hier wieder zusehen. Sie ist ein Original aus München und kann so jede Frage beantworten. Herzlichkeit, ein strahlendes Auftreten und das Gefühl zu bekommen, als Gast absolut willkommen zu sein. Sie geht wirklich die extra Mile, auch wegen Ihr, wird das Hotel in München eine erste Wahl sein.

Und Gülcan darf nicht vergessen werden. Ihre strahlende Herzlichkeit beim Frühstück und ihre Gewissenhafte Art haben selbst 5 * Hotels nicht immer. Ständig kontrollierte sie die Sauberkeit und Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets, war aber ebenso präsent bei den Gästen. Solche Motivation bei der Arbeit ist wirklich toll zu sehen und gibt es leider nicht mehr oft. Riesen Dank dafür!

Ночевали сегодня в этом отеле. Не понимаю, почему много негативных отзывов, наша семья осталась очень довольна. Мы брали семейную комнату. Все чисто, аккуратно. Спали очень хорошо. Завтрак хороший, не очень разнообразный, но вполне себе , все было очень вкусно. Есть опция по заказу продуктов по списку из ближайшего супермаркета. Предоставляете список до 9 утра и вам бесплатно все принесут, после чего включат сумму за покупки в счет комнаты. Очень удобно для тех, кто приехал не на один день и готовит дома. Очень удобно, что паркинг прямо под отелем. При выезде из отеля нужно предоставить парковочный талон на ресепшен и вам будет скидка 50%. Прямо из отеля через паркинг можно пройти в торговый центр. Для детей в этом тц есть площадка, на которой много детских машинок-автоматов и всякое такое, куда нужно бросать монеты, чтобы работала. Моему ребенку чуть больше 2 лет и ему нужно просто полазить по таким машинкам без включения - часа 2 сегодня в этом месте наш малыш был доволен :))
