This was a great experience in Regensburg. I bought a white sneakers, I tried it just once and it hurts my leg a lot. I went to the branch and they refused to turn it back because I already used it in the street. I contacted Deichmann customer service and they welcomed me and accepted I turn it back! It was so nice of them and they apologized a lot! Thank you Deichmann 🌹

Sehr nette Verkäuferin die mir half die Reklamation unbürokratisch zu machen und danach neue, passende Schuhe zu finden. Da sie sah ich könnte Einlegesohlen gebrauchen bot sie mir gleich welche mit an und zeigte auch wie man die in den Schuh bekommt. Ich kann nun viel besser laufen und bin äußerst zufrieden. Besten Dank noch einmal!!!!
