The team at the Peloton store were very friendly and not pushy in showing us the two Peloton bikes. We didn't commit on the day of our visit. They reached out in a professional manner and did not push us into a decision. When we did finally make a decision to purchase a Peloton bike, the Peloton team was helpful, supportive, and honestly appreciative. Even after the bike was delivered to our home, the Peloton team followed up with us to ensure that all was in order. Highly recommend this store if you're considering an exercise bike!!

Abdul made the process extremely easy for us. He gave us several different price quotes and let us choose what best suited us. Then he walked us through step by step on the delivery process.

Abdulrahman was super helpful, visited this location knowing that I wanted to get a bike and he explained all the options and helped me make a choice. He even recommended some good restaurants in the area!

Abdul was our contact person and did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. He helped us determine which bike best fit our needs. We never felt pressured or hurried while we were asking questions and trying out all of the options. Abdul was easy to contact with further questions after visiting the store. All the staff have been very nice and helpful through our purchasing process.

Abdul = the perfect customer service! Abdul did a wonderful job in advising us on a peloton! he is very knowledgeable about the figures and packages, helpful and very respectful towards his customers… and has a good humor! that guy deserves a raise and a promotion in that company! just a great guy!

Angie was absolutely the best! She was knowledgable, friendly, helpful and patient when I was at the store the day I bought the bike. Today it was delivered and I needed to e-mail her with some questions..... she was on top of it all, answered all my questions and did everything with speed, efficiency and care! So impressed!

Angie is always so helpful! She helped us pick out our bike+ and later helped us with a bike fitting. We're so appreciative of all her help. The store is always very clean and organized.

Angie and Oliver were extremely helpful and informative during our shoe & bike fitting. They had great facilities, coffee, water and chocolates to accommodate us. Even dog friendly!

Wir haben unser Peloton vor knapp 2 Monaten gekauft und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden! Es ist für jeden was dabei. Wir wurden im Store von Patrick wirklich sehr ausführlich informiert und haben noch am gleichen Tag das Peloton bestellt! Wir können den Store ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Man bekommt unverbindlich einen Einblick in die Pelotonwelt. Hier wird nur versprochen, was auch eingehalten wird :) nochmals vielen Dank!

Ich bin größer Peleton Fan und war das erste mal in einem Store. Der Store ist mega schön und klar gestaltet. Aber eigentlich muss ich schon vorher beginnen.
Ich wollte einen Termin zum Bike Fitting vereinbaren. Erste Kontaktaufnahme per e- Mail … sofortige Rückantwort und Termin vereinbart. Dann drei Tage vor dem Termin ein kurzer Anruf vom Store um nochmal genau meine Erwartungshaltung abzufragen und die Hinweise was ich mitbringen sollte. Also hier schon 1 mit Stern .
Im Store dann sehr freundliche und direkte Begrüßung. Auch erst mal im kurzen Gespräch wie ich bisher zufrieden bin, mein Lieblings Coaches, …. . Dann ging’s zum bike fitting. Auch das … professionell und mit viel Zeit. Ergebnis perfekt!
Also alles in allem …. 5 Sterne Plus.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön Roger und Abdul, dass ihr es möglich gemacht habt, dass ich gestern den 60 Min. Climb-Ride mit Charlotte bei euch im Store fahren durfte 🫶🏻🚴‍♀🔥 Ihr habt sofort JA gesagt, als ich angerufen hab und ihr habt mir damit einen riesigen Gefallen getan!

Der Grund dafür: ich muss eine Woche geschäftlich in Stuttgart sein, eine Woche ohne mein Peloton-Bike! Grundsätzlich kaum auszuhalten, aber wenn dann auch noch in dieser Woche 2 Jahre „RockgoesPeloton“ gefeiert wird, dann ist das wirklich ein Problem.

Danke auch nochmals für eure Tipps bezüglich den Einstellungen an meinem neuen Tread. Es schadet wirklich nie, ab und zu im Store vorbeizuschauen, man erfährt immer wieder Neues und Shoppen kann man bei Euch ja schließlich auch 😉

Store Personal mit Abdul und Roger ist einfach super! Der Store ist perfekt für Peloton Events aufgrund der Größe und Ausstattung. Wir durften am Wochenende ein tolles Event vor Ort mit unserer Peloton Gruppe machen und waren alle total begeistert und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Event!

Super Team, super Lage und ein extrem geil organisiertes Event zum 2. Geburtstag von Rock goes Peloton. Nicht nur der sportliche Teil, sondern auch die Beratung zu den Peloton Produkten. Roger hat auch direkt ein kleines Bikefitting gemacht und überprüft ob ich noch richtig gut auf dem Bike positioniert bin.
