Nice delicious food with vegan and vegetarian options. Friendly staff who is quick to help and advise if needed. Would highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. In a nice area as well!

Amazing & peaceful environment right in the middle of Berlin. Marcel, our waiter was perfect with suggestions and always the right timing. What a pleasure…and the food absolutely tasteful. Price were more than correct for such level of service. Hope to be back soon. 🙏🏼

We spent New Year’s Eve at the Oxymoron. Arriving at the restaurant is already an experience. Embedded in the „Hackeschen Höfe“ the Jugendstil environment the restaurant follows with certain elements in its interior which contributes to a unique experience. From the very first moment the whole concept lives up to its promise. Service, food and ambience are almost perfect. The 5-course-menu was delicious. A remarkable evening

What a great restaurant-you need to try this quiet hideaway near Hackescher Markt. Oxymoron is found in an alley-perfect for a memorable evening. Ziga was our server. He was great, attentive & gave us suggestions on food choices. The parsley risotto with mushrooms was creamy & delicious. Also the veal, asparagus & new potatoes was mouthwatering. The rhubarb cheesecake did not disappoint for dessert. Overall, this was a fabulous evening.

Stumbled upon Oxymoron for lunch and were surprised by how brilliant the food was. Best soup and best dessert that I have ever tasted! Great laid back unassuming atmosphere with friendly helpful staff.

We loved the tea and the basil ice cream with cake. The salmon pasta was rather salty. Notice it’s smoked salmon :)

I always dine here when coming to Berlin. Excellent Italien 🇮🇹 Menu, daily changing menu. Doesn’t matter insight or outsight, always nice to sit with great atmosphere. Enjoy the wine recommendations and the friendly staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in for an early dinner just after 1600hrs. Hardly had to wait before I was served a basket of freshly baked, crusty bread, followed by my avocado and potato ravioli. It was a delightful dish, and though I am generally a meat-eater, this was a very satisfying meal. The dining hall was nice and cozy, service was prompt and polite.

We visited Oxymoron for my Son's 14 birthday and it is such an elegant venue and the food is of the highest quality.

We will be visiting Berlin again after such an amazing first impression and we will be looking to return to Oxymoron during our next trip.

Had a nice lunch although meal preparation time time took a little longer than expected. Had the pumpkin cream soup and the Berliner meatballs. Both of which were fantastic. I guess good food takes time.

We randomly walked into the restaurant, and despite being fully booked they found a table for us. We had excellent service, the food was outstanding, the drink recommendations (wine and beer) were well paired, and the atmosphere was perfect to allow dinner conversation and still feel like you were park of an exciting group of diners. While we may not return to Berlin anytime soon, we have recommended this place to several friends who have since visited and enjoyed the same experience as described. Thank you!

We just came across this place late evening, and even if the kitchen was closed we got hot beverage. Good coffee and really welcoming staff. Really nice and warm atmosphere, the place looks really classy. We'll come back for sure

Second time 3-course menu at Oxymoron with a bigger group (25 people). Food has been fabulous, tastes and presentation very nice. Staff was friendly and responsive despite a possibly challenging setup with such a large group. Thank you for the evening!
