Monica at reception is very helpful.
Camped in our tent right on the Mosel and could have swam like others do.
Toilets and showers new and excellent.
Flammekuchen and local reisling for dinner was very tasty.

We've stayed at Campingpark Zell several times since 2013. It is always a wonderful experience. We've gotten to watch them add more services and refine the facilities. The people who manage this facility should be hired to teach other camping parks how to run their businesses. From the friendly staff, the design and cleanliness, the onsite mini-market and to the organization of the pitches they receive our highest recommendations. Whether you are using a camper van or a tent this place is great. Pitches with a frontline on the Mosel are available but fill up quickly. My one request would be they add a bit more food to the menu for those of us that have spent the day cycling. The flammenkuchen is good but something heartier like bratwurst would be appreciated.

Unfortunately now it's 2024 and our last trip biking the Mosel. When I tried to make reservations they replied they have no tent pitches available for the dates we requested. I asked for any available pitch and they gave the same reply. We're heartbroken.

This is the right place to start your Kanu tour on the Mosel River. Very friendly service and nice drinks and snacks on the cozy terrace.

Great location as well as a lovely layout of the campsite. There are several rows of pitches along the river and even if you're not directly at the bank you have a nice view of the vineyards. The facilities are spacious and clean. Zell is just a few minutes' walk away and there's a shopping center with supermarkets and anything else you could need a short drive up the hill. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely campsite located next to the Mosel. Good pitches and excellent shower facilities. Limited on site shop. Short walk into the town of Zell which is beautiful. Right on the Moselradweg.

Stands out positively in this part of the Mosel. No nonsense friendliness. Not too big and nice spots with excellent views near the water line for pitching your tent. Thanks to the jetty, an evening or morning dip is very easy as well.

No problems at all. It has a shop where you can order fresh bread, friendly staff who humour our attempts to speak German, immaculate shower/toilet facilities, playground, what more do you need. We're going back again this year.

One point (if being really critical) is if you're camping, bring some heavy duty pegs as the ground is quite firm in places

Great campsite right on the river. Really beautiful views to wake up to and really close to Zell which is a lovely little town. The campsite hires bikes (adults and kids) and canoes on site, and you can cycle up and down the river using a cycle path on the edges of the river that connects all the towns. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Most people had campervans, but if you have a tent like us then you can pitch it right on the waters edge which was lovely!!! Seemed like you should book in advance if you have a campervan as it was completely booked out. Unless you have a tent ;)

I stayed at this sight for 1 night (30€ per night) with a 7.5 meter RV.
+ Clean and modern reception with some drinks, snacks, essentials like soap, coffee, bread roles etc.
+ Water and electricity directly at your parking slot
+ Parking slot right next to the water :)
+ Super friendly staff <3
+ Easy to dump waste water on the way out
+ Clean sanitary facilities

Campsite stretches along riverside, receptionist very friendly and helpful, tentsites are right on the river, level and well kept, view is fantastic, electricity is close, adapter and extention are available against pawn, wifi excellent, the best feature are the sanitary facilities: we have never seen better!

A very good stop for 7euro. Each parking area is marked off with plenty of space either side. Very near the town across the footbridge. Good emptying facilities and shop on site too.

A nice camping on a beautiful spot! We had a lovely holiday here.
The staff is friendly and very helpfull. Water and electrics withour problems and bathrooms clean and tidy.

Beautiful and well equipped camping at the riverside. There were tabs all over the camping, the camping had multiple sanitary blocks and the sanitary facilities were clean.

Excellent camping , cheap, clean, excellent and modern facilities, water taps and electricity boxes were everywhere. Highly recommended

Everything works on a card. Very clean we will visit again.

Wir haben 2 Wochen auf diesem Campingplatz verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Platz ist nicht zu groß und es gibt recht viele Stellplätze mit Blick auf die Mosel. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Sauberkeit in den Sanitärbereichen ist gut. Es gibt leider nur je 3 Toiletten und Duschen, was gelegentlich zu Wartezeiten führt. Die Brötchen, die man vorbestellen kann, sind durchweg super lecker. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum befindet sich in ca. 5 Kilometern Entfernung. Leider gibt es auf dem Weg dorthin keinen Radweg und es geht die ganze Zeit bergan. Wir sind lieber in den ebenfalls ca. 5 km entfernt gelegenen Ort Bullay geradelt und haben dort in dem gut sortierten EDEKA Markt eingekauft. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können den Campingplatz weiterempfehlen.
