Holiday Inn Express Wiesbaden, an IHG Hotel

We are and have been staying at this wonderful hotel perfectly situated for our work locations and needs. The staff is professional and is exceptionally focused on easy check-in-and-out procedures. Rooms are spacious, breakfast phenomenal and amenities outstanding. Especially Mr. Roy made our experience that much more special with his attention to detail, organizational skills and ultimate calm demeanor to lessen the stress of international travel! Thank you.

The room were very tight for three, there was really no place to put your luggage. However the location was great, with a bus station right in back. Free parking close by. An awesome view overlooking Wiesbaden. The breakfast is awesome.

Just wanted to take the time and recognize the front desk staff3. They are provide 5 star drink desk service especially Roy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to tips for Wiesbaden and where to go for dinner or lunch. And his customer service is stellar. Thank you. Will definitely come again.

Stayed on my journey throughout Europe and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
Spacious, comfortable and extremely clean room and bathroom. Staff was welcoming and breakfast tasty.
Overall, I would be returning if passing by in the future.

Spintaneously booked on a wekend. Everything went okay, check in without any issues. Professional and friendly staff. The only thing we found confusing was the parking lot as it was not clear, where and how to get a ticket. So we parked on the street, our 4 of 5 rating.

The room was quite spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the bed, the view and complementary tea facilities.

Breakfast was surprisingly good compared with other hotels in this budget range. Even a pancake machine was there ;-) The hot chocolate is slightly too sweet but still okay. Bread and rolls seem to be from a local bakery, which is great and sustainable. We would recommend to replace all of this tiny plastic portions (e.g. Nutella) with a lesser waste solution (like you already did with the large Nutella glass).

Overall we definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

A standard Holiday Inn with the basics that you need, a great view and a good breakfast. There's no stores very close to it and the restaurant offers only breakfast, so you can get there only beverages and drinks after breakfast but they allow you to order food from external restaurants and eat inside the restaurant. The staff is polite.

Great hotel in handy location. Friendly staff. Especially liked the pancake maker at breakfast. They let you take away breakfast in a bag also which is great. Overall clean and nice stay. 👍

We booked a room that was supposed to fit four people, but unfortunately, it only had a double bed and fold out couch that barely fit my teen. It was pretty late in the evening, so thankfully, we had brought a sleeping mat for my youngest and made it work. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was really friendly!

From Frankfurter airport, it takes within 30min by car. Parking is free if you park next to road. Breakfast is complimentary but it is quite good.

Great rooms and great location. Walking distance to the town center. One negative is that when I asked the bar tender for a glass of water, she poured a half a glass from a jar (very small) and ask me to pay 3 Euros.. :(

I loved the location, the parking, the rooms and the tea and electric kettle in the room. I really loved the bed though. The bed was very comfortable and it having two separate blankets was very refreshing. The parking was the only improve I had. I’d like to pay ahead of time to be able to get a parking pass so I don’t have to go to the front desk every morning or afternoon to get out. The breakfast was great, there were so many options and it was all fresh and delicious. I drank more tea thanks to the kettle and cups in the room as well. It was wonderful. I can’t wait to stay here again.

For a lot of hotels in the Wiesbaden area, parking is difficult. Parking here is easy and I will probably stay here for all my visits to Wiesbaden. It is conveniently located on the NW side of Wiesbaden for quick access to Mainz and Frankfurt and you are on the Autobahn in 2-3 minutes. Really stress free accommodation. Oh, and their breakfast is pretty decent compared to the cost as well.

The overall hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is conveniently located off the main road in and out of town, which made commuting easy. Although it was close to the main road, traffic noise was unnoticeable. The only issues I experienced had nothing to do with the hotel, and everything to do with my limited travel to Germany and Europe in general. The electrical connections are different than those in the States, so be prepared to purchase an adapter. The hotel did not carry any. The breakfast served is definitely different than in the States - more meats, cheeses, pastries, and cereals than eggs, sausage, and biscuits. The food was great, just not what I am used to at a Holiday Inn Express. Lastly, if you don't speak German and just want to veg by watching TV, bring a computer/tablet with Netflix or other streaming service. There were about three of four English speaking channels. Again, this is not a ding on the hotel as I am a firm believer of "when in Rome, do what the Romans do". Overall, I enjoyed my stay; and if I ever find myself traveling to Weisbaden again, I will choose this property.

Perfect location to stop overnight if you driving from London to east Europe and need the rest .

Excellent location, easy access to town centre. Rooms look brand new, immaculately clean and breakfast was very good. The hotel staff at reception were very helpful. I will use this hotel again.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this little hotel. If given options for government travel would utilize this location due to a really solid breakfast and coffee as well as nice rooms. Overall my stay was great.
