5 Stars!–my husband and I felt compelled to write our first Google review because Ahmad at the Telekom booth (in Media Market) has gone above and beyond in helping us navigate a new Wifi contract with Telekom. He found us a contract that was cheaper than the one we had been offered at another Telekom booth. And when we had issues on the installation date, we were able to text Ahmad and he fixed everything for us. We had a couple of other hiccups along the way and, again, Ahmad was there to help us through. Ahmad’s customer service made making the switch from Vodafone to Telekom WLAN worth it. Thank you, Ahmad!

My experience at Media Markt was and always has been outstanding. The customer service there is what I expect in the states, the cashiers are alway friendly, they smile, and they are courteous. I will tell all my friends to shop there. Enjoy the rest of your day.

This is a nice place, great size. People are super helpful, hit and miss with English speakers. VAT forms are accepted. Open until 1900, mon- Saturday.

Super helpful and friendly staff in the coffee area. They helped us pick the perfect coffee maker. They even held all of the stuff for us while we shopped and were very effecient with the VAT forms. Highly recommended.

We have two MediaMarkt stores with two miles. This store is definitely our favorite. Today, I went to the other MediaMarkt (not sure why), but I ended up leaving and going to this one. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. They almost always have in stock what I am looking for and the store is not usually overcrowded.

Great place to find any appliance for the home. There are English speakers so you don't have to butcher the German language to buy what you need. The staff is friendly and the service and delivery is fast.

Best deal on cell phone. Use VAT and you getv19% less from the advertized price. Good deal!
