Flynn's Inn Whiskey Bar & Pub Bonn

SUCH a good time. Irish bar out of nowhere in Bonn and they are fantastic. On Tuesdays they do trivia, and the host is great. Fantastic beer, great atmosphere. And PERFECT for English speakers!

Me and a group of mates visited several times during our stay in Bonn. Watched Euro footy and the Cricket T20 semi final England v India. Fantastic service, wide range of drinks including Stowford cider on tap and good pub grub. Well recommended and thanks for a great time.

It's hands down the best Irish pub in Bonn. The beer selection is great. They have the typical Irish beers and also local craft beers. Obviously they have great whiskey and also give great advice on choosing one. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is Irish and many of the staff are also Irish/British so it's very authentic. Good place to watch sport, especially Premier League and Champions League football and rugby.

Travel from UK to Germany. Friends show me this place to have Dinner, had no idea what Im gonna get it was Suprize and it was amazing ! Delicous Wisky, beer, but most important AMAZING FISH AND CHIPS! Fresh, delicous even when Im back to UK still cant find better place like this! Highly recomend and don't forget to book table online!!!!

Small and cozy Irish bar offering a pub feel. The food is decent. Fish and chips is popular especially on Fridays. Good range of draught and bottled beers and claims to have over 200 types of whisky/whiskey available!

Authentic athmosphere, fun people (good bunch of english/irish natives), very sweet and attentive stuff. We had a awesome time with some sweet new wiskeys to add to the shopping list. Late saturday evening the place was packed.Rightly so❤

Great boozer to watch sport. Staff very friendly and the prices look reasonable. Didn’t eat but from what I saw that also looked good and I’ll tuck into it next time.

Great location for whiskey lovers in the heart of Bonn Altstadt. The bartender gave us some excellent whiskey recommendations, one of which is Smokehead, like in the photo (he brought out the bottle when we asked for it). The beer options are also decent, and the burger I ordered was okay, but these are of course not the bar's focus.

Drinking solo can be difficult but I was made very welcome by all the staff and owner so stayed 5 hours. Good food, great beer and an amazing collection of whiskey. Busy for a Tuesday due to a quiz night. A real gem!

This quaint bar is easily one of my favourites in Bonn. Brilliant selection of Irish whiskey and beer. The man who runs the place is AMAZING. He is such a pleasure to interact with.

Excellent food and great drinks served by the hardest working team in Bonn! Fabulous atmosphere, typical of an owner managed genuine Irish pub. Selection of whiskeys is impressive, a pint of the black stuff is always on offer! We’ll be back!

Highly recommend Flynn's. Ticks all the boxes, and the cherries on top are: great people that own/manage and work there; and they screen the rugby (would give you 6 stars just for this, if it was possible)

Absolutely one of the best places in Bonn -- you can't beat the atmosphere, Dave and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Incredible selection of whiskey and beer.

Such a nice place, it is small, but cozy; and you can enjoy a good night there. Sometimes they put candles in the tables, I remember this fact because the hair of a Brazilian friend was burning up! And I told her: sorry dear, your hair is burning up!

So, go there, enjoy a cold Guinness and if you have a long hair... be careful with the candles!

Loverly place to spend some time away, good beer selection..and of course amazing whiskys, price and quality to suit all tastes and pockets...& on Fridays the best fish and chips around...made with beer batter..comes with mushy peas.
Super friendly staff...definitely recommend to you when you're in the Altstadt.
