Great program, realistic, individual and functional

I unfortunately did not progress to the stage of training at Diosfit due to a seemingly unorthodox approach to trial sessions. I had expressed interest in sessions with two different trainers (the one I thought was suitable in terms of my goals and the one that was suggested to me). I was willing to pay their 100 Euro per session, yet my request was interpreted as "a lack of commitment" by the owner, Sofie. She responded, stating she did not wish to expose her team to "the feeling of being tested". However, requesting a trial session is a standard, often complimentary, offering from reputable gyms and personal trainers, reflecting cautiousness, not a lack of commitment. Diosfit seems to demand an excessive amount of unwarranted trust upfront, and prefers clients who do not question their methods or offerings. Further, the pricing strategy was convoluted, lacking transparency, indicating a monthly fee of 400 Euros solely for gym usage, excluding the personal training sessions priced at 90 Euros each (when bought in a block of 20 sessions). When I sought clarification, further information was denied with the reasoning that since I had requested a trial session ("Probetraining"), cooperation was out of the question. Sofie’s response was, "it is pointless to give my answers now, as it is part of the client's journey". I found this akin to receiving riddles from the Oracle of Delphi rather than straightforward pricing information. Not a lot of customer orientation from the moment of e-mail contact with Sofie. It seemed to be more about how the client can "benefit the team" and is "the right fit for the team" and less about the other way around.
In conclusion, from my experience, prospective clients should be prepared for a lack of clear communication, transparency, and a potentially patronizing attitude from the management, which may outweigh the potential benefits of their service.
