Nach dem Rezept Ihres Arztes sollte Mutter 100 Stück Pantoprazol 20 mg bekommen. Das Medikament wurde ausgetauscht gegen einen anderen Hersteller. Was an sich überhaupt kein Problem darstellt, wenn nicht wie hier gegen den einzigen Hersteller ausgetauscht worden wäre der auch 60 Stück pro Packung verkauft. Das Besondere an dieser ungewöhnlichen Packungsgröße ist, dass genau dies das einzige Pantoprazol 20 mg ist was zuzahlungspflichtig ist.
Also musste Mutter nicht nur nochmals vorbeikommen, sondern auch noch 5 € zuzahlen.
Da hätte auch von der Zentralapotheke eine zuzahlungsfreie 100er Packung bestellt werden können, oder?
Aber egal, da wir solche und ähnliche Spirenzchen dieser Apotheke kennen geht Mutter mittlerweile in die 3-Tannen-Apotheke nach Olbernhau und ist dort überaus zufrieden.
