I recently visited this place for fixing a hard disk failure, as my laptop could not even start. But they fixed it in just a day, and the staff is super friendly. They were very patient even though my spoken German is very basic.
Also the services are nice and affordable!

The technician of the shop replaced the screen of my Macbook Pro mid 2012 15 inch by a second hand screen. He did an excellent job, quick and for a very reasonable price. Recommended!

I'm visiting Berlin and my girlfriend CPU fan broke down on her Macbook. We called Hazafix and they said it can be done in one day, just to bring it over, they had to order replacement fan (it's 5 year old model so they didn't had it on stockpile) and installed it right in after it arrived. So we dropped the laptop on Tuesday evening and picked it up at Thursday afternoon.

Great and fast service, English speaking as well (big plus for visitors from out of country), great sense of humor and one of the best computer shops / services I had to use.

Very quick fix and very professional. They found the issue, replaced the broken part in 1 day, and texted me updates at every stage of the repair. Highly recommend this place, I will return here if I ever need to in the future.
