They are amazing. Things can feel overwhelming but they will walk you through processes patiently despite explaining it multiple times. I could not ask for a better experience. There is phenomenal support for their associated sites and tools. Probably the best department around the base 👀

Nice books, worth a visit!

It is an OK place. The building is older so you can't expect it to be the prettiest. It wasn't too obvious where the entrance is when you first pull up but the signage on the inside were helpful.

Went here three months ago and they were very unhelpful and a waste of time. Going back soon and we’ll see if anything has changed.

I expect the people who work here to at the very least have a general idea of what their organization is supposed to be doing. Unfortunately the receptionist I spoke with was not only unknowledgeable, she was outright evasive and kept insisting I use the website. If you aren’t staffed here to answer the phone and answer people’s basic inquiries as a part of your job description then maybe next time do us all a favor and don’t answer at all.
