The guy taking the orders at the drive in was so nice and polite. Never met a macdonald's clerk so nice and polite. Great service!

Super Ende nach holprigem Start: wir hatten bestellt und gewartet. Nach 15 Minuten des Wartens hatten wir unsere Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten! Wir hatten an der Kasse Bescheid gegeben! Die Bestellung war aus dem System verschwunden! Frau Dengiz löste das Problem SUPER: sie erklärte mir das Problem und versprach eine Lösung! Die Bestellung kam dann innerhalb weniger Minuten und als Entschuldigung gab es für jeden von uns sogar ein Eis…Soooo geht Kundenservice (unabhängig von dem Gratis-Eis😉)!!! Danke an die netten Mitarbeiter 😊 (Besuch am 02.07. um ca 13:25 Uhr)
