Personally I did not have any issues. Prior to purchase I contacted the customer support in regards to a 10% off coupon code I received back in 2020 which had already expired. The next day I received a new working code which I subsequently used on my purchase. The delivery took exactly 4 business days as stated on the website (international order). The tracksuit was packaged in a sealed plastic bag, secured in a cardboard box.

Due to premium nature of the merchandise the prices are higher than ordinary clothing shops, however they still come out as more attractive when you compare ordering the goods from United States and additional customs fees.

All in all my experience with the shop is positive.

I was thrilled to find the tracksuit I wanted. Not only did I get an amazing deal but it was shipped faster than I could turn around.

It's the real deal! Hopefully will do business again. You've made me a very happy customer.

PS For international customers, BSTN notifies you to expect duties. I feel this is important and easily overlooked as you can pay, 30~40% in duties. :/ Nonetheless, still got a great deal.

Awesome product selection and quick delivery. Like the help for deciding on sizes by portraying the clothes by models with stating the height and size.

Such a finely curated shop. Everything on the shelves is fire! I kind of wanted to buy everything from here. Ended up getting a nice and comfy pair of pants, NB 550s and Adidas Gazzelles for the wife. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If you're around, check this store out.

Good store. Nice interior, not much interaction with staff though. However when I asked for my size they were very kind. Not sure if they do special releases - don’t think so but it would make it better!

I ordered a pair of shoes but, unfortunately, had to ask for a refund (cause of my mistake). Their costumer care was super Quick, and constantly gave me information about the state of my refund. They Day After they received the package they send me the refund. Definitely gonna buy from them the next time

Very happy with the customer service that the BSTN team provided me with. I won a raffle with them back in December but with temporary border closures between UK and EU my order was resent back to BSTN via DHL. Fortunately the guys over at BSTN were helpful through emails and assured me that once the border situation is clear, they will send them again. Today I have the shoes delivered and I am very pleased. I recommend purchasing from them.

I don't know why people are complaining about this store. Any questions I've had have been answered in less than 24hrs. I received my first order with BSTN today & I spoke to a store employee today about 2 other recent orders and he was very easy to deal with. Said shipping company has my orders & it could take a day or 2 to update in system. Very courteous gentleman. I can't wait to receive my other 2 orders. I love this store. The people are very nice. A little advice to anyone that has an issue, speak to them with respect & kindness bc it goes a long way. I have worked in Customer Service before & as any human being you will want to help the people that treat you with kindness more than someone yelling or cursing at you. Please understand this is a stressful time for everyone with COVID-19 going around and we need to stick together & get through this. Thank you BSTN. You have a lifelong customer in me! The BSTN customer service team more than made up for the failure of DHL's poor delivery service, poor customer service and even worse internal and external communication. BSTN truly went above and beyond tracing my order and updated me as soon as they knew more. They were patient, understanding and provided the best customer service experience of my life. Thank you BSTN and congratulations on hiring the most amazing team!

PS: word of advice to those reading the bad reviews relating to shipping issues- 1. call, don't email. 2. you have to do your part as well, so be as diligent as you expect them to be. 3. the extend of information they receive regarding shipped items is limited to contact within Germany, just like you can only get in touch with DHL locally. You both have a piece of string and to tie the ends, you need to work together.

When reading some negative reviews I got nervous, but to the contrary the service was excellent!!! The beautiful sneakers (Max 90) were delivered in three days in NL. I immediately received an email with confirmation and a track and trace link. I had to write this review to express that their service for me was great and that this website is trustworthy!!! Thanks again- will order again!!!

I never heard of this store before. I found them online as I needed specific model of shoes. I made order and I ordered wrongly size and I put different country as delivery address. I made a call and explain to them and they done amazing customer service ever. They corrected order ( put right size of shoe) , changed delivery country and issued me some refund.

I will definitely put them in my tab for ordering more shoes in the future.Amazing customer support.

After looking for the New Balance Omn1s in my size all over, the only store selling them was BSTN and even discounted at that! I was a little nervous to order after reading some of the other reviews on here but decided to go ahead and buy them. Super happy with my decision! Shoes arrived 3 days after I ordered them and I received updates from both BSTN and DHL on the delivery. Shoes fit perfectly and I'm really happy with my experience. I hope everyone else also has similar experiences moving forward.

I had an electronic error which result in the unintentional purchase of a item on the store. I simply explained the problem to BSTN Store staff online and the my issue was resolved in less than an hour. Top class customer service! I'll definitely be shopping with them in the future!

They aren't cheap, and of course there's duty when you live in North America....but good luck finding TOP QUALITY brands like this. I can't wait to visit their store in Munich and leave with a duffel bag full of tracksuits!!! Great stuff 👏

Great little trainer shop. They have all the latest drops across the main brands, Jordan, Nike, New Balance. Adidas etc. Cool clothes and in a great part of Munich the university district. If your a sneaker head in Bavaria you should visit. Really good website also and they do international delivery.
