IKEA Hamburg-Schnelsen

I loved this place. Very comprehensive and massive.
We went there during the week so it was not crowded and we enjoyed our shopping.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the staff who recorded my order was very very great. She did all our design with smile and good attitude.
We tried the ice cream cone and it was delicious.

Very good shopping 🛍 experience. I went to IKEA with my 3 months old baby and they have a feeding / Diaper changing room which was really useful.

One should search for the items to be bought in a touchscreen panel which is provided in every department and go to that respective department directly, which makes it easier to navigate through the ocean of furnitures. Otherwise you will easily get lost and buy some unnecessary stuffs which you are have not planned for.

Never forget to taste those hot dogs, coffee and ice cream at the exit. Happy shopping

I love IKEA! The food was great, the staff were friendly, the parking lot was very cool and there were so many plushies!

Love Ikea, great stuff to buy at affordable prices but what I really love is their Customer Service, second to none.
Other Companies could learn from Ikea.

If it’s not busy it’s nice. When it’s busy and people wandering aimlessly around and bumping into you it’s very unpleasant.. always try to never go on a weekend !!

It is pretty much like every other IKEA. The food is around 5€ to 7€ so it is the better cheap option you can find in Hamburg.

Kid friendly, it has a play area where yhe kids can be looked after while the parents do shopping

I'm French, I've made a long road trip in Scandinavia for my holidays, I was looking for a brown bear djungelskog all along the way but it was impossible to find...
Going back home I just want to check this Ikea and they have a lot of djungelskog, it made my day and my whole life, I'm so happy, thanks you Ikea Hamburg, love you !!! 💕🐻

Directly aside the highway. Big parking lots which still can be crowded. On Saturday there where long lines to these. Parking alone took about 20 minutes. Shop itself is well organized. The staff is helpful. Self checkout is available.

I went to Ikea in search of a table lamp and bought a cart full of stuff! Items are stylish affordable. Return service is also great, just make sure you still have the receipts

The best place to work at. And probably the the best place with coolest and most helpful co-workers, staff and managers . You will be loved ,cheered and helped . Such an amazing working Environment it has .

"I love IKEA" i like the way it's look and they have things for everyone in the world. I mean everybody will find something that you will say its look cut and then the man will say i like it and the lady says i love it. Lets take it home.

Really nice people. Even though I can't speak German, they helped me to return something and it went without any problems.

I simply like IKEA very much: the philosophy, the products, the marketplaces and the very good service. In Schnelsen the service is organized differently, but fast and efficient.

Super easy to find everything I need here. Breakfast is open again, but the daycare is not.

It's an Ikea, if you have seen one, you have seen them all.
You totally have to get some of the great frozen almond cakes they sell at the food section near the exit.

Great with charging for electrical cars while you do your shopping. Really a great service;
