Café Joon - München

We had brunch there, the avocado toast variations were both delicious with one being light and the other being more fulfilling, the pancakes were amazing! The place is small and kinda cramped but the food is worth it

All dishes have been a 10, and the attention of the staff has always been absolutely amazing.
My favourite was the pancake savory, very happy to have discovered this place :)

My three kids and I got there at 13:00 hrs, they were carving for American style pancakes and that’s what they had and totally loved them. The waiter was very friendly. There was a family atmosphere. On one side we had a well behaved Labrador and on the other side a dad with his two kids. Everything was good. I recommend it.

A cozy and small cafe that's one of many popular breakfast and brunch spots in Munich. They have a nice but not overwhelming amount of choice on their menu and serve very good looking dishes. While it can take a while to get a seat, it was quite comfortable even outside and the food was generally pretty good.

The Cafe is next to the Technical University of Munich so this place is pretty famous with the students.

This was the best breakfast I’ve had so far in Munich! We both got scrambled eggs and they had plenty of options for what you could add to it. The cortados were delicious and very strong. Best part was the price was very reasonable and we didn’t have to wait long at all! And the bacon was so crispy and tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

A lovely wee Cafe in the hip area of Maxvorstadt. Many options food and drink wise, also for vegans and vegetarians. The service was fantastic. Our waitress - who was, side note, gorgeous - was also both very kind and friendly. The carrot cake was nice, even better was the chocolate cake with Mascarpone and Blueberries! Pair that along with a nice coffee and you're away laughing! Would recommend!

Found this place while hungry at the Munich Hbf and not wanting to eat at a place there. It's two stops away via the U so it's not too out of the way if you have some time to kill and are hungry or just want some good drinks. The place is in a denser urban area but the interior is very nicely decorated. Very cozy and the people working there are welcoming so it adds to the overall experience. The food was amazing although it took a little bit longer to make it's way out to us than we had expected. It wasn't a big deal because the quality was superb and delicious falls short of describing it. I would recommend this place if you are in the area as it is sure to not let you down.

Great place for breakfast and brunch. I have never tried anything there that was not excellent in taste. Also, I think that portions are very generous for the price (for Munich). Very friendly stuff.

Great welcome! Nice music! The burger I got was .... damn tasty and the Iced Chai Latte exactly as I like it! 100% recommended. Bike parking 3m from the place. I was looking something where I could watch my bike as I'm cycloturing from Barcelona and I have lots of baggage. If I ever comeback to Munich I would definitely come back here and have food again! :)

The staff is very nice to us, and the environment is comfortable. The decorations are artistic and the atmosphere is chilling. The food is awesomely good, so as my coffee.

I had a sandwich and its bread is SUPER well-toasted. I think it wins all my friends’. They are all good still btw.

The people were so kind and friendly, I went for a recommendation for the avocado bread. (Pancakes were also recommended so I’ll try them next time)

I love pancakes. I know how good pancakes taste like. But their pancakes are totally different. Topped all pancakes in the world.

Awesome brunch place with plenty of vegetarian options and great coffee.

A simple place with a lot of good vibes, you feel welcome from the first step in the cafe. They serve different kinds of food, from meat to vegetarian & vegan friendly dishes. The focaccia I tried was very tasty, and the staff was super friendly.

Very cosy coffee and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a breakfast, a brunch or a coffee.

Fantastic service and delicious food. I loved the menu on the surfboard. I highly recommend the Campari Mimosa.
