The rooms are air conditioned though ours would not stay on very long. The shower is very small compared to typical American showers, but the water pressure and temperature was easily controlled. Room service is every other day and not on Sundays. The breakfast available every morning was very good. The location is also good.

Few staff, but they managed everything very well. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Very good location. Not far from the main train station and city center. Price OK. I really enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely book it next time.

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms- stayed one night with 3 kids under 5. Lovely breakfast that was free for the kids. Child friendly. Will definitely stay there again en route to Austria. Keep it up!

nice hotel

Liked · Very clean room and even if it whas in front of a trafficated road it whas quiet. Breakfast with lots of choice. We will definitely book again!

Clean room, good price/ service, breakfast buffet ready early then advertised which is great! Location is perfect for walks to different restaurant and shopping in Hanau
