It's been great to work with Cameron and bring my 3D model to life. I wanted to test out 3d printing since quite some time but due my lack of experience in the field I was postponing it a bit. Iterator.de gave me all necessary input and I actually learnt a lot during the process. After some iterations my print was ready and shipped to me super fast and I'm very happy with final outcome. Ein super 3D-printservice den ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Das Porto für Schweden ist sogar im Preis inbegriffen. Cameron hat sich super um den Auftrag gekümmert eine Abdeckung für meine retro Espressomaschine von 1989 neu zu printen. Eigentlich würde Cameron zehn von fünf Sternen verdienen wenn man diese vergeben könnte. Er hat mit einer unglaublichen Geduld auch meine Anfängerfragen beantwortet um das Material, Transparenz, Farbe und eventueller Nachbearbeitung. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und werde auf jeden Fall öfter auf Iterator zurückkommen.

Als nächstes wird vielleicht ein Kinderspielzeug an der Reihe sein für meine Tochter. Ziemlich viel kann man z.B. auf dieser Homepage runteladen und direkt drucken lassen: thingiverse (leider darf ich die vollständige Adresse hier nicht schreiben.)

Als ich erfahren habe, dass Cameron Greatorex eine Reihe von 3D-Diensten anbietet, habe ich ihn spontan gefragt, ob es möglich sei Vasen auf Basis eines Fotos von 1906 dreidimensional neu entstehen zu lassen. Nachdem wir einen Termin vereinbart haben, war Cameron sofort Feuer und Flamme und schon nach 3 Tagen stand ein erstes kleines Modell vor mir. Es ist fantastisch, dass die 3D-Technik es heute möglich macht Objekte, von denen nur Fotos existieren, in der Hand halten, begreifen und betrachten zu können. Begeistert hat mich mit welchem Enthusiasmus und welcher Präzision Cameron ans Werk gegangen ist, um die Dimensionen dieser keramischen Objekte zu erfassen und sichtbar werden zu lassen. Herzlichen Dank dafür.
