Ampulle - The Dry Gin and Beef Club

We were here for a work dinner. Being a large party; the service was good. The steaks were SO good - tender, juicy, perfectly cooked! As a table, we ordered all the sides and had 'family style' in which we passed everything around. There was plenty of food to go around. The gin drinks were delicious and they really do have the art down. A few of us even had dessert, which were very tasty as well. I can't wait to go back here, and I definitely will.

I was here with my husband, eating our valentine's dinner. The food was really good. Do try their surf and turf salad it was heavenly. My caesar salad was okay, next time I'll eat that surf and turf salad 😃. The meat was great, the best meat I ever ate. I tried their warm brownies too, normally I don't go with dessert but this one was very tasty, super!

We are really lucky to find this place in Stuttgart. Starters, main courses, gins, everything was great. There were 6 of us, we each ordered different starters and main dishes. Every dish we ordered was truly delicious. There are no words for the Gins anyway :) The waiters were very attentive, explained our choices and gave great guidance. And even though we ate and drank a lot, we paid a very normal bill. It is really recommended👍🏻

Sat down at the bar to taste a few of their wide assortment of gins, and was super impressed not only with the selection but the knowledge of the staff. I spent most of the time either enjoying my drink, or coveting the delicious looking and smelling streaks coming out of the kitchen.

Finally ate dinner here, and it was fantastic! The porterhouse for two was even better than expected. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious! One of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy. I Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Stuttgart.

Wednes is spare ribs days and they are delicious. Reservation recommended, bookable for 2 hours. Everything in this restaurant is pricey!

The food here is excellent! The selection of gins is great. The staff are friendly and awesome! We always have a great time here.

Although we didn't reserve a table, it was not a problem to get one for 3 people on a Thursday night. There is not a lot of room but very well used. Atmosphere is very nice. The waitress needed a bit of time to come to us but we very helpful. We were very happy with what we ordered. The steak was done the way I like it and the sides tasted great. All in all a good experience.

5-stars all around. Greatly enjoyed our experience here. The curry butter aged strip was amazing, along with the sweet potato wedges and salad. Phenomenal restaurant. Highly recommend it this place and will come back every visit to Stuttgart.

Everything was so delicious here. I had the ribeye, sweet potato wedges that had curry on them, and a salad. My two friends had the dry aged rump steak with curry butter and could not stop talking about how it was the best steak they have ever had. There is also a very nice selection of gin and the staff was so friendly and provided world class service. So pleased with everything and worth the price.

The place holds over 400 types of gin! At first, we described the kind of gin we kike and the gin sommelier gave us an exect recommendation.
Twice a month, there is a gin tasing evening, and we have missed it. Luckily, the kind staff let us try the tasting in a bit different way, and it was really interesting! We've got to taste 5 different kinds of gin with different types of tonic water.

For the beef part of the menu... we had ribeye steak and steak fillet that were cooked to a perfect medium.

The place itself is so calm and nice, you actually feel like you are in a village, out of the busy city!

Ever heard of a Beef and Gin Sommelier?? Dennis and the crew at Ampulle know their craft well and are more than deserving of the title. Ask for recommendations, and you’ll end up with a 30 day dry-aged Ribeye and a Copperhead Gin and tonic that’ll make you wonder why there aren’t more Beef and Gin places out there. Planning our next trip as I’m writing this.

As an American I have eaten my fair share of spare ribs and BBQ , and the ribs I ate here are by far some of the best I have ever had. The meat is tender and falls right off the bone and the bbq sauce is finger licking good! For dessert I had the molten chocolate cake accompanied by vanilla ice cream. It was delicious warm and out of the center flowed delicious molten chocolate, enough to put a smile on any chocolate lovers face! The vanilla ice cream balanced the molten chocolate cake perfectly. Warm chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream is a match made in heaven.

P.S. The ribs are a special that are served only on Wednesdays.

Juicy beef steaks and good service. The side dishes and the desserts were also delicious.

With 100+ different kinds of gin, this bar offers any gin-based drinks imaginable. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are on the higher side. Though, we haven't tried, the food looks great as well. Their steaks would definitely pair well with a martini...

A bit pricy, but worth every penny!
I can highly reccomend the Flammkuchen with truffles and beef!

Nice ambience. The gin & tonics are delicious. Ive never had a fruity one, very good. Steak was nicely prepared, and the potato gratin was lovely.

The food is absolutely delicious! I had a ribeye and it was tender and juicy. Highly recommend their side of sweet potatoes, it was great! Staff was very nice. This is not your average restaurant, prices are high, but great food!

Want to try gin or have a delicious steak? This is your place. The staff is very friendly and knows everything there is about the different kinds of gins. The atmosphere is great the bar is very authentic. It is not cheap but definitely reasonably priced.
