Whenever we travel down to the Mosel Valley, we like to stop over for lunch or dinner at this establishment. It is perched high above Piesport and the river with spectacular views down to the river, the vineyards, and the valley itself.

On this most recent occasion, the weather was beautiful in the early afternoon. We settled down outside on the terrace under a parasol and began by ordering white wine from the house (actually produced on the terraces below us). Wonderful.

As a light lunch, we ordered sulze and fried potatoes (Bratkartoffeln) and remoulade and baked cheese toast Hawai with pineapple and peaches. Delicious.

Service was friendly and efficient. All good. We'll be back!

Came here after riding Mehring Trailpark (park was excellent definitely recommend for MTB enthusiasts).

Service was excellent, food was fantastic and the view was second to none.

Outstanding views. Great honest German food and drink. Rooms are cosy and clean. We were lucky to have a small balcony to take in the view's. Prices are very reasonable and the owners are very welcoming. We loved it and would recommend it highly.

Love everything about this family run hotel, most importantly the breathtaking view and the wine from their own vineyards. My recon is Number 14, a sweet lip smacking wine you cannot stop drinking. Lovely customer service,, great home cooked food and delicious cakes. Rooms are spacious and if you want the spectacular view, book a room facing the Mosel river.

Pit stop for fresh strawberries and cappuccino. What an amazing view from the terrace! Gotta visit this great spot when your in the area.

Ein Cafe / Restaurant mit Terasse, das eine tollen Aussicht auf die Moselschleife bei Piesport bietet. Gute Küche die auch regionale Speisen anbietet. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wij hebben hier op zaterdag geluncht. Mooi uitzicht op bocht die veel gereden wordt door motoren. Vriendelijk en snel personeel. Eten typisch Duits, goede zuurkool en bloedworst.
