Cafe Fontane

Wonderful find in a small town on our current road-trip. We heard music in an otherwise sleepy village. Live classical guitar duo at this restaurant. Cozy garden dining. Friendly service and good food. The veggie bake with melted cheese was good. My pasta with spinach in a Gorgonzola sauce and steak strips was very good (though the pasta was slightly overcooked). But the dessert pancake with Apple sauce absolutely stole the show! Just like my Oma used to make.

I read about it and decided to eat there lunch . I didn't regret. It was very tasty . It's the asparagus period so I took from this menu. Very pleasant place and the waiter was very kind

One of my first meals in Germany and it was unforgettable. The salmon tasted so fresh, moist and tender, and paired so well with the curry sauce and sautéed vegetables. Hope to back some day!

Good food, a little overpriced but makes sense how close it is to Altstadt street.

Great hospitality, quick service and numerous and delicious cake options available! There is also a possibility to sit inside but I personally recommend sitting outside specially when it’s not too crowded. The bathrooms were kept very clean too! Overall, the service was great and the staff was super kind!

We found this place by chance and our lunch meal was so good, that we decided to come again for dinner. All ingredients are very fresh and good quality, and they know how to cook them well.

We had a family dinner here. Asparagus and beef medallions exceeded our expectations. Kids menu has macaroni with tomato sous, fries and schnitzel, pancakes.
Stuff is kind and welcoming. Very cosy yard . We had a great time

This place is a genuine restaurant with freshly made food that is delicious! A complete different experience from the touristy places nearby. Extensive wine and beer selection as well. Highly recommend.

This place has hands down the best food in the area. While there we ate at 4 different local restaurants and this one was tops! Excellent service, great wine, and delicious food. Would recommend over others.

As per me the best place to eat in Lübbenau. We couldn’t find outdoor seating but the indoor was pretty well decorated too. I guess this is also the only restaurant that remains open till 10 , rest being a small town everything else closes down pretty soon.

We only stopped by for a late ice cream, they had live music in the garden and everything- ice cream, atmosphere, service and music- was delightful.
