Bienvenue Café & Bistro

Wonderful konditorei we always visit when in the area. Spacious clean and such a big selection of cakes all looking and tasting delicious the only problem is we can never stop at one piece!

Dear Barbara. Thank you for your quick and kind reply. I understand now about the visa cards. It is my first time in Germany for many years and I think bank rates must be different there and I can understand it is more difficult for smaller businesses.. My apologies for the initial negative review I was a bit dramatic :) I have now upgraded it to a 5. Actually we had a great time there.. the decor was amazing, drinks really good and well presented. The waitress who served us was very kind also. We would like to visit again and next time I will take a trip to the bank beforehand :) All the best. Paul

A kind of high style cafe you will find in old Europe. Service is quite good inspite of many tables and rooms and only few ladies at the desk and a couple of guys serving tables. Menu is reach and tasty. The only downside was the request to pay in cash.

I wrote my last review on the Bienvenue Café & Bistro three years ago. Since that time, this lovely place has acquired an even higher standing due to the relentless work of Ms. Barbara Bücheler and her crew. The delicious offerings, the quality of the food and service, and the café's ambiance have all been expanded, improved, upgraded, or enhanced. And all that improvement through the difficult time of the Covid-19 pandemic — that already says something about management competence! It is hard to overstate the atmosphere this charming island of delight has brought to the neighborhood and entire town.

A wonderful cafe-bistro in the heart of the old town of Memmingen! Elegant mix & max decoration-furniture (modern-classic), delicious cakes, pastries, snacks, etc, friendly staff.

Huge variety of delicious goods, great service and great coffe!

The best cake I have had in awhile. If going there, order Mozart Torte!

They have pralines, love to buy one to acompany the coffee! Nice atmosphere
