Fährhaus Meersburg

A very beautiful Italian restaurant with perfect view. I had a pizza Margarita there and it was delicious. The prices are low as compared to other lake view restaurants. The food was fresh n warm. I highly recommend this place to sit,eat and enjoy your trip. :)

Cute little restaurant on the lake and we were not disappointed. The food was great and the service was even better and if I could give this place 10 stars I would . Cool vibes and Demetrius made us feel like we were regulars . The drinks were perfect and the location was pretty . We will be back in July 2025 .

Superb Restaurant!! We truly loved the interior design with the wide open windows with iconic views to the lake. Food quality was very good and really enjoyed our lunch there, totally unexpected👍👌🍀 I strongly recommend to try out this restaurant whenever you are in the area. We discovered this place by coincidence as we walked by, so lucky. Pizza is amazing!

Top location, friendly service and very tasty food and wine! Absolutely recommended for lunch/dinner. When we entered the restaurant was not crowded, but there was only a big table for 6 people near the window. Even though we were 2, the waiter offered a place with the view (that huge table), that is something I’ve never met in Germany. Restaurants usually are very strict and wont offer you a bigger place if you won’t fill it completely 😅 We took minestrone, risotto with mushrooms and pizza napolitana, and a local white wine. Everything was very tasty!

This is one of the best restaurants in this area. Location is amazing... Right next to the bus stop of Meersburg right on the cliff of the lake Bodansee and offers amazing view from the windows. The menus is pretty good with good prices. Pasta and pizza are amazing and they also offer variety of deserts and drinks. It's one of my favourite places to visit. Perfect for lunch as well as Dinner. Taste, location and view is super awesome. Please do visit here !

The entire place, right at the water's edge, with a great view of Lake Constance, gives you the perfect holiday feeling, and it's always a great pleasure to be here (about three or four times during the last couple of weeks). Service is fast, the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is delicious. They also have an extra ice cream stall attached, which shouldn't be missed (very fine ice cream). Highest marks!

Great members of staff! Very welcoming. Good value food! Went there twice during our visit. Had the Farhaus pizza and also the truffle pizza. Both delicious! And the portion of the antipasti is very generous indeed!

When offseason, you don't need to reserve. Wonderful location with a view. During summer must reserve to find a place near the lakeside.

Really good pizza for a good price! The city of Meersburg can be rather expensive, but this place had the best prices and really great tasting food. Highly recommend if you’re traveling through.

The moment we stepped in it felt a bit like holidays with the big windows and the view over lake Constance. The food was good especially the pizza. Our little one lived watching them make it fresh. The staff was really nice as well. My sister had the gluten-free pizza and said it was very good.
The only thing missing is a changing table available to men. There is only one in the women’s bathroom.

Friendly staff, amazing food and a view to enjoy

The view was amazing, and the waiters where extremely nice, and funny. It was a great time, and the food was good too. The food was also here very quick, it actually surprised me. I think it was the quickest my family and I have ever been served, and it was busy there too. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend coming here. Also has lots of wines if you like that.

A clean place even during rainy day. I didn't go to the wine festival. The boutiques and the Cafe's are lovely.
