Great place for traditional German food. The place seems to be very popular for Schnitzel and the side salads and other side dishes looked great. I can really recommend the vegetarian Käsespätzle or Kartoffelrösti with cheese. The waiters were friendly and the meals were ready quite fast. The prices are not extremely cheap but definitely appropriate.

Very good food, great serving. Went for their speciality of wiener snitzel. Do go and try and will not be sorry.

We had very good Cordon Bleus (Meat filled with ham and cheese). Very tasty!!!! Friendly staff! You will find a choice of "Schnitzel" and other Meats with different sizes (also XXL) 😍

This was the only restaurant I was able to visit in Germany, sadly, but the experience was not lacking at all. I had an incredible Argentinian steak cooked perfectly. I would certainly recommend this if you're in the area looking for a nice dinner.

Delicious food for fair prices! Great variety of schnitzel with different sauces, and you can choose size :) my hubby had Popay schnitzel of size M, but couldn't eat the whole thing, portions are huge. Also try Kasespatzli, it's amazing!

If you are really really hungry and searching for a delicious food, just go there. I ordered a medium sized schnitzel (there were L, XL and XXL portions offered), and I got one that was bigger than the plate! It was very tasty too. The waiters are nice.

The food is amazing! Fresh, big portions, Very Very delicious. This is probably the best schnitzel we ever ate. The salat and butter were also super tasteful. The service is great.

Popular restaurant, without pretentions, with fantastic food. They don’t have Schnitzel: they do have a wide variety of Schnitzel as you have never seen. We only tested one, which was high quality, very big for big hungers. We had as well a « Rindsteak Café de Paris » big enough, cooked as we requested and of excellent quality.

The first waiter we got seemed a bit stressed but we managed to make him feel better, once he realized that our German is definitely not good and we requested his advise for a good German wine, advise which was very good by the way (Pinot Noir from the region), a second waiter, muscle man with white shirt, was very nice, giving good advise and offering to take our picture.

A good, local, experienve, worth to try! In any case, we will come back.

Delicious schnitzel, generous even with the small portion. The service was slow but polite.

great concept: they offer most dishes in 4 sizes, so anyone can order (and pay) exactly what they want.
plus, the schnitzel are great (and gigantic, if you want) and that's what you should come here for. served hot all day until late nite.
and btw, this is really more of a restaurant than a cafe, despite the name. the very friendly service is noted as well.

If you crave for schnitzel, it will be more than satisfying. Portions are really big and they are tasty. We even had Livemusic.

The have tasty schnitzels in 5 or 6 different sizes. Then you choose what sause and side dish that you want with it.

Perhaps I should have taken a photograph first: however it looked so good and tasted so good that I just sat quietly and enjoyed!

A great place, a great experience, a great service, and the food is in huge quantity and excellent at the same time. What a pleasure. Every time I am coming to Konstanz, I do not forget to pass by!

The food was great so was the service. The prices are very good if you think about that you are in the middle of Constance.
Furthermore, they serve good beer and have a large choice of different food.
The value you get for your money is great!
I highly recommend this place!
