I have never seen so much food on one plate. Here each dish must be ordered for two. Other than that it's a nice, quiet and homy place.

My family and friends have been at this restaurant for over 50 years now and just had a(nother) fantastic Sunday family lunch there. Excellent quality both food & drinks (big wine selection), super-friendly and personal service - lots of joking and fun with the manager, his colleagues and other guests. Even got an autograph of Patricia Kaas who seems to be a regular at this long-standing institution. Interior is wood/modern - perfect for this place and very pleasant. Staff speaks fluent German (and English, as we found out). They have a small courtyard for outdoor seating. Traditional dishes are less suitable for vegetarians but they cater for kids with small portions. We had to do "doggy bags" due to the portions which staff was happy to do for us.
We can't wait to be back!

We stumbled in here by accident while discovering our new surroundings, as we just moved to the area. One of the best meals I’ve had. We had the Entrecôte and Hungarian Goulash, both were excellent! We will be back again for sure.

Sehr leckerer und gut gegessen. Nur zu empfehlen, sehr netter und sehr freundlicher Service. Es hat uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir direkt wieder einen Tisch reserviert haben.

Es ist immer wieder eine Freude hier einen Abend zu verbringen.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit.
Die Küche glänzt mit super Qualität auf Basis hervorragender Grundprodukte.
Die Weinkarte ist eine Klasse für sich… sensationell.

Wir waren zum Essen bei unseren Nachbarn und es war großartig! Schon das Lesen der Karte machte Spaß weil Gerichte darauf zu finden waren, die bei uns fast nicht zu bekommen sind, Kalbsnieren z. B.
Ich wählte Königinpastete, mein Mann hatte rosa gebratene Rehmedallions. Wunderbar! Vorher gab es Fois Gras mit getoastetem Gugelhupf, köstlich. Auf das Dessert mussten wir leider verzichten, weil die Portionen sehr reichlich waren.
Das Ambiente und der Service im Cafe de la Paix sind hervorragend, und es versteht sich von selbst daß das man reservieren muss!
Dieses Lokal begeistert weil es bodenständig und exzellent ist!

Excellente table proposant une cuisine basée sur des recettes traditionnelles qui sont la signature de cet endroit. Vincent proposées plus des plats de saisons. Une adresse sans fausse note!

Sehr schönes französisches Restaurant. Typisch französisches Essen. Sehr hohe Qualität und sehr schmackhaft. Der Preis ist dem hohen Qualitätsstandard angepasst. Die Bedienungen sind alle sehr nett, aufmerksam und sprechen auch alle deutsch. Zu der französischen Speisekarte gibt es auch eine deutsche Übersetzung. Immer wieder kommen wir gerne, um uns verwöhnen zu lassen.

Unser Lieblingslokal im Raum Saarbrücken. Wir waren die letzten Jahre öfter dort. Jedes Mal hat es uns wirklich richtig gut gefallen. Besonders gut gefallen uns die typischen regionalen Gerichte. Der Service ist immer nett und zuvorkommend, die Einrichtung modern und freundlich.

Très jolie découverte ! Excellente côte de veau française, très goûteuse, belle suggestion du patron. Plat du jour merlu sauce citronnée et excellentes tartes au fromage et à la myrtille. Personnel très très sympathique ! Je recommande.

Ce restaurant est très convivial et le personnel très gentil !!! J'étais stupéfaite du nombre de gens à l'intérieur, le cadre est magnifique et le repas très bon !
