Café Am Kloster Konditorei

Lovely cafe in the middle of the Black Forest with great cake selection, good coffee and a Black Forest Cherry Cake to die for.

Oh wow!
Hated the fact we could only choose 1 cake each, looking at the size of it!
The decor is very clean and traditional, cozy music and plants inside, lovely terrace outside.
The waiter kindly explained every single cake to us (in English), and we finally chose Black Forest - hard to go wrong, heavy cherry liquor and thick cream, chocolate shavings on top, lovely! Puff pastry light sponge cake - very light and creamy, not at all sweet; Spanish orange cake - this is probably my fav!! Bitter and sweet, with strong strong orange liquor, crunchy nuts on the side, perfect experience and very reasonable price!

Beautiful cafe that served a variety of cakes that all looks really delicious and would definelty eat there again, took myself a Halloween cake during the season was definelty really good was really tempted to the black Forest cake too but that one piece was already so much so I saved that temptation to next time 🥰 the outside view of the cafe is also super nice and chill the benches next to the back entry really give it a vibe to the cafe would definelty come for another cake soon 🦋

Lovely setting and delicious food. Our children loved the potato pancakes and of course the incredible desserts.

Lovely cafe right next to the Abbey. Sunny terrace with flowers all around. Comfy seats with sheepskins and blankets for when the sun isn't shining. Fantastic Blackforest Gateaux and of course the local beer for those without a sweet tooth. Or have both - I did ;)

A regular favorite in Alpirsbach, one of the best schwarzwalder kirschtorte in the kinzigtal! Also a peaceful spot to rest and regenarate..

Das Café am Kloster bietet eine große Auswahl an sehr leckeren Kuchen zum Essen Vorort mit Blick direkt auf das Kloster oder zum Mitnehmen. Die Preise sind nicht überteuert. Der kleine Familienbetrieb ist wirklich ein Kleinod in Alpirsbach und immer einen Besuch wert. Das Personal war bei meinen Besuchen bisher auch immer freundlich.

Kritik über eine "altmodische" Möblierung würde ich so nicht teilen. Es ist eben ein richtiges Café und es ist auf dem Land - da wäre eine moderne Einrichtung gar nicht authentisch und passend. Der einzige kleine negative Aspekt ist, dass man auf der Terrasse direkt neben der Straße sitzt. Aber zumindest ist die Straße ruhig und der Blick aufs Kloster entschädigt das kleine Manko sofort :-).

Heerlijke taart gegeten en koffie gedronken. Duitse degelijke inrichting in positieve zin van het woord. Uiterst vriendelijke bediening en service. Let op, je kan alleen contant afrekenen, geen pin mogelijkheden. Aanrader als je bij het klooster bent geweest en je even een lekker gebakje wilt eten!

Leckere Snacks und Kuchen 🍰😋. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, etwas altmodisches Ambiente, aber alles sauber und gepflegt. Fazit: gerne wieder!

Muy ricas sus tartas, hay mucha variedad y disponen de un terraza al solecito para disfrutar de ello.

El personal fue muy agradable y disfrutamos del desayuno!

Wir haben für unsere Hochzeit eine Torte bestellt. Diese wurde uns zu unserer Hochzeitslocation geliefert und dort für uns aufgebaut. Es war eine Torte, die aus sehr vielen wunderschönen und super leckeren Einzelteilen bestand, die man gut auf die Hand nehmen konnte (Beispiel: Macarons, kleine Tiramisu, Fruchttörtchen, vegane Törtchen, Windbeutel, Schokoschnitten, ...).
Die Torte wurde super schön angerichtet. Optisch war das ganze der Hammer und auch geschmacklich. Jeder Gast konnte mehrere Stückchen probieren und alle fanden es super lecker.
Wir können das Cafe am Kloster nur empfehlen, besonders wenn man eine perfekte, an die eigenen Wünsche angepasste Torte möchte.

Buen surtido de tartas entre ellas la famosa Selva Negra, muy rica. Camareras amables, buen trato con los clientes, nos prepararon algo para comer caliente cuando ya había cerrado la cocina. Recomendable si estas por la zona para hacer una parada.

Wir sind heute nach einer 3 stündigen Wanderung hier eingekehrt.
Der Eiscafè (5€) und der Kloster-Eisbecher (7,10€) waren vorzüglich.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und auf zack.
Die Terrasse hat eine schöne Lage.
Preis + Leistung ist gut.

Nach einer Klosterbesichtigung in Alpirsbach, habe ich die Konditorei am Kloster entdeckt. Da konnte ich natürlich wieder nicht Nein sagen! Das war auch gut so. Richtig leckere Torten und Kuchen. Und eine entsprechende Auswahl. Eine gemütliche Inneneinrichtung lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch ein freundliches Personal, wäre noch zu erwähnen.Deshalb, werde ich dieses Café und Konditorei auch auf meiner Seite, „Die besten Bäcker im Südwesten“ aufnehmen.
